UPDATE Dealership called and said it is the 3rd brake light. They ONLY want to replace the seal and told her they WOULD NOT replace/fix ANY water damage caused. Stay away from Southern CDJR in Houston. I told her to pull her truck from there and she's looking for another dealership.

My 21 Limited has them and I have the under seat storage. Those hooks come in real handy.

Not sure if this will help you or not but if you have the 12"screen, you can go into suspension and turn aero mode off and it will let you raise the truck to normal heights. Maybe you can turn it on to lower? I didn't get ORG so I'm just throwing out an idea.
