I read that as well.
Was wondering if any of the other stitched and padded areas might be leather.
No big deal. I think only the seating areas are.
Funny thing is the back of the seats are softer and feel nicer than the seating areas🤷♂️, and their likely vinyl.
I cant tell if the door trim with the stiching is actually leather.
Are only the seats and center consol armrest leather?
I originally thought the dash and some of the door trim was also leather, but now im not thinking they are.
I am using 2 Chemical Guys products to keep the interior nice...
Does anyone know of an oil drain valve that has a magnet?
I know its unlikely since the magnet is usually on the back of a plug, which a valve probably cant have.
I will chose a valve over a magnet, but was hoping I could have both.
I was just wondering if when you do that you can see any of the edges/lines since their not along trim lines of the truck.
Or are they all basically along a trim line of some sort?
Summit. Yeah I ordered from Jegs first for the $15 off, but then they said their expected ship date was JUNE.
So Summit it was, and it arrived in 2 days after ordering. Not that I am in a hurry to install it.
Got my Hellwig today.
Happy to say all the holes are the same and no major kinks at the bends.
Unfortunatly I am probably waiting for warmer weather to install.
11/19/21 manufacture date
I checked the bushings and clamps to make sure they were correct after reading of some packing mix-ups...
Thanks Bowers. I kinda expected that answer.
I guess it has been asked before but the question should be 4600 vs 5100 for rears at stock height. Any benefit to the 5100?
This guy has a 3/4ton Ram, but seems to think the 5100 gave a better ride.
Valving is the same right? Wouldnt the 5100 be...
I ordered rear 5100's and the B12 springs a little while back, but I dont think I want to raise the rear anymore.
Im considering installing the 5100's without the springs. Non ORG truck.
Is there any reason the shocks would not be ideal if I dont use the coils to lift? Would 4600s be less likely...
No, I just saw them the other day.
It doesnt look right for attaching to a stock bumper.
Too expensive anyhow. You can have a local fabrication shop make you one for under $200 most likely.
Again, I think I am going to make one from a plastic sheet, like splash guard material just to keep...
Ohiopyle and Forbes State Forest would be closest for sure.
I downloaded the "OnX Offroad" maps app for the free trial period. It was really helpful to get an idea of what was where.
There does seem to be some trails/roads in those 2 areas, but nothing like the stuff in central PA, NW PA, or WV...
I have seen the swing cases and plastic container options, but I am looking for a traditional toolbox for the back of the bed. One that will fit under a low profile roll up tonneu cover.
This Lund is the only thing I have seen really. Does anyone know if it will interfere with a tonneu?
Lund...
I saw this as well, but wasnt sure it was correct for a stock bumper with air dams removed.
Site is lacking information.
I am ready to make my own from a 48x36 sheet of ABS plastic
We have vinyl in our 4th gen classic rams for work and I really like them. Very durable and super easy to wipe off and clean (Unlike my laramie leather with suede strips everywhere.
They dont seem to crack or wrinkle like the leather from what I have seen.
I would rather have vinyl over cloth...
