Under Tonneu Tool Box

I have seen the swing cases and plastic container options, but I am looking for a traditional toolbox for the back of the bed. One that will fit under a low profile roll up tonneu cover.

This Lund is the only thing I have seen really. Does anyone know if it will interfere with a tonneu?

I never liked the look of Ramboxes, but man they would be perfect for the stuff I want to store outside the cab.

This would also fit I guess.

I like the size of the craftsman slim toolbox, but it sit on the rails.
