2022 ram 1500. I brought it in, because when you unlock the truck with the fob it releases the tailgate and starts clicking constantly. It only stops when you put the truck in drive. If you lock the truck up at night, it drains a brand new battery overnight. The dealership says the harness got wet and is corroded and it sounds like they have no idea how to fix it. Seriously considering giving up on the brand.

got a tugsten 2026 and androit outo doesnt connect, try reseting etc ... it dowsnt work
changed even the truck and traded the tungsten with another one and the 2nd car is the same as the first (both tungsten 2026)

Last nights rain produced more leaks than I had before...And the RF Hub got wet and now my TPMS system is throwing error messages.
They covered the cost of first efforts. However now i need rework and the RF Hub dealt with.2025 1500 Limited - Been to the dealership a couple of times now for software related issues, they have opened a star case. Does not remember volume settings, Air Ride height, Tilt side mirror return location, appmarket icon off setting. Outside temp, only accurate at night, otherwise out by 3-15 degrees.2024 Ram Sport GT 1500. In cold weather, both rear doors will open from the outside handle, then won't latch shut. Dealer says they have replaced all components inside the doors, and since there is no water intrusion on the inside of the door, Chrysler is telling them "it is likely normal operation".2020 1500 Limited - Gas backs out of tube causing pump to consistently shut off, preventing fill-up.25 Night Edition w/ totally misaligned front bumper and trim.. Looks like someone had a bad day during assembly.
Brought it up to dealer and they told me nothing they could do to fix it. Bothers me every day but with 2 kids I need a vehicle so I have to put up with it for now. I’ve seen $20k vehicles with absolutely zero flaws.Taking 2019 Ram 1500 to dealer tomorrow for whinning noise. Possibly MGU. How would I expedite the part if i need a replacement. 8 yr /80,000 mi warrantyMy dash has come unglued. It happened at about 50,000 miles. I bought what was supposed to be a bumper-to-bumper extended warranty from the dealer, but the claim was denied. I also paid for Perma Plate. They also denied the claim. Dodge wants to charge me $3,000 to replace it, and no upholstery or body shop will touch it. Is there anything Ram Cares can do to help?Attachments
I just noticed this yesterday (inserted pic). This is on my 2021 RAM 1500 Limited Longhorn w/60,000 miles.
I'm a little concerned about whether RAM will cover the repairs. I've seen, yes they will and, no it's not covered, go to an upholstery shop.

Set up Guardian but my truck won’t connect. Says server error. No SOS or assist call feature either. They confirmed my account is active and the signal was received. Most likely my radio is bad.

Connect radio started going 'flaky' last week rebooting every 5-8 minutes.
The next day the the battery died.
Installed a new AGM battery
next day battery was at< 9V
I put an amp tester on with the truck off ~1.9A draw.
Pulled F44 fuse for the radio, draw down to about ~.077A.
Looks like a parasitic draw.
TSBs out for these issues, are they worth the money for a software-flash?

My 2019 Limited dash is peeling on the driver's side and bubbling on both sides. Is there a recall for this yet? I don’t think the passenger airbag will deploy properly if it needs to like this. Any assistance is appreciated as the dealer says my extended warranty does not cover it, and insurance says it is normal wear and tear.I have a 2020 Ram 1500 new body style. Went to start the truck and it was dead. Jumped the truck it started right up and has continued to start. I tested the battery and it is good. Not sure why it did that but now the 8.4 uconnect radio does not come on at all just a black screen. I have disconnected the battery for 3 days and reconnected it and that did not work. Also tried the soft reset and nothing.Hello RamCares, I've been have an issue with my passenger side rear door not closing. Until the electrical system resets there now way to keep the door closed without strapping it. The 1st time this happened was early December. It has happened 6 times since. Is there a TSB out on this major saftey issue? I ask the dealership and they acted like this was something new to them. I need the 40.1 but need the software downloads between my current version up to 40.1, can you help with this. If I type my VIN in uconnects website it says there are no updates available and the STEALERship wants to charge over $350. -
