I was experiencing significant rattling from my running boards. I bought my 2020 Rebel used, and whoever installed them did not follow the instructions correctly and remove the paint from the factory installed studs. As a result, I...
I started getting a real bad clunking after I installed a level on my Rebel. The Suspensionmaxx end links fixed it for a couple of months, but then I developed a squeaking and then the clunking started to come come back too. Replaced the sway bar bushings today and that seems to have done the trick!
Finally put on the TRX takeoffs I picked up a few weeks ago!
I found all the info I needed in various places on this forum and youtube, but figured I’d try to condense it into one post for anyone interested in doing the same.
Lift/Level - You need to at least be leveled. I used Bilstein...
I’m in the process of doing the same thing right now, just picked up the wheels and tires tonight. I ordered some 1.5in Bora spacers from motorsport-tech. They’re made to order in the US and supposedly the best you can buy. They said 2-4 week lead time but you can find them from resellers on...
What was your noise like? I think I’ve got the same issue, just installed Bilstein 5100s and the Rough Country UCAs a couple months ago and can’t pinpoint my noise.

What size Toyos did you go with? Is it the same 295/70R18 as your Yokohamas? I’m looking at doing those same Methods but torn between 35s or the 295s

I got 5% Llumar ceramic on the rears and 30% over the front. My wife’s SUV is the same, plus 5% on her panoramic roof and it makes a huge difference on both.
All done at Pro Tint in Plano, TX

I did the B2 Fab Moderate kit, which as I understand it is a clone of the magnaflow 14in mufflers. I previously had a complete delete and a Carven competitor on my 4th gen, and this is significantly quieter. Its got a little rumble at idle, opens up when you get on the gas, and then quiets back...
I remember hacking up my 4th gen Sport just to retrofit a crappy paper filter. Agree with jdefoe though, a real N95 filter is going to have to get changed constantly to maintain any sort of decent airflow.
