I installed the Borla S-Type Exhaust on my 2020 Rebel shorty after delivery in May...
1” front and 1.25” rear aligns the outside of the tires with the OEM wheel fender flares on a Rebel. Anything wider you start to go beyond the flares. Not sure about the tire size on a Bighorn, but if it’s similar, you should have simpler results(y)
If you’re comparing the HK to Meridian, then that says a lot about the HK. You have to also consider that the acoustical environment, speaker placement, sound dampening, etc., in a Jaguar is much better than a truck. While I think a 7... or even 5 band EQ would be a plus, the HK still sounds...
