I've just turned 75k miles and I love this truck as much as the day I bought it. Running up and down the state and average between 15-17mpg with combo hwy and city driving. When we tow the travel trailer its closer to 12mpg.
I try to be gentle on the skinny pedal, but I'm not always successful...
I have the ticking every morning when I start up for about 5-10 seconds. Dealer told me it was "normal hemi behavior"
Haven't had any issues. I do make a point of letting it warm up in the morning for a minute or two...
I've been researching tires lately and these keep coming up as a low cost option - under 300.00 per tire puts it in the milestar patagonia price range with a tread design that I like more....following to see if anyone has real world experience
Just put a leer on my 19 Ram and love it. I've always had toppers because I like to be able to lock my bikes, tools, fishing equip, etc. inside and out of sight.
Also sleep in there on occasion on overnight fishing trips. Had a soft tonneau for a while and that was nice for keeping stuff back...
I tried to fill up at the cheap gas place near me, but with the ATM card it cuts you off at 100.00 and with the lineup of angry people behind me I wasn't going to put it in again. Ended up with 3/4 of a tank for 100.00 :-(
That's a good looking topper and a great looking truck. I looked at that but the lead time was even longer than the LEER which is why I went with the LEER
