So I currently have the regular mirrors with power folding and BSM. I want to change them to tow mirrors with BSM but manual folding. Could I just buy the manual folding and put them on? I’m thinking I could, I just wont have use for the power fold button on the door since they arent power...
I was torn between a hard trifold and a retrax pro xr. I didnt like the idea of losing more bed space from the 5’7” bed so I decided on the extang xceed. I went this route because I found the “truck hero elevate rack system”. Just search that online and they sell just the side rails with the t...
Tires definitely change the look. I would remeasure after a couple hundred miles. Mines settled a bit. I had 2” of rake when it was first installed. Once I put tires on I was at 1.5”. I plan on putting a 0.5” top hat spacer up front to pick it up some more and make it seem more level.
Yeah the truck is the same. I got that photo off of their facebook or instagram (cant remember).
My question was about load leveling in the rear because if they are like the 4th gens (as far as spring rate goes) they will easily sag. And the truck will already be leveled without any weight so I...
The wait is almost over!
2.5” lift up front and 1” rear. More details coming soon.
Now I just have to see what to do about load management in the rear to try to keep the truck level and not sag so much. Only viable option I’ve found so far are sumo springs. Air bags would work to level it out...
I dont think we will be able to buy the whole suspension per say because of the needed user interface in Uconnect. I thought about getting the front upper/lower control arms, tie rods, and axle shafts while using king 2.5s. I currently have the mopar 2” and was planning on upgrading to Carli or...
They asked me if I wanted them to do it but I had already bough the rough country calibrater. I think they wanted 150 to do it. I got the calibrater for about 140. Plus I can change it whenever whereas if the dealer does it its jyst a one time deal.
I currently have the bed utility group rails installed and was trying to see if the retrax canister will clear them, or if it will not clear and I end up having to choose one or the other. From pictures online, it looks like it may clear. But I want to know what has been y’alls experiences with...
Stock I was at 36” front 38.5” rear. With the mopar 2” (without spacer, longer shocks version) I’m at 40” front 41.5” rear on 275/65/20 (measure out to 33.25” tall mounted).
The new kit part # is 77072424AC.
With regular spings the average rake is 1-1.5”. With off road package spings its about .5”. Of course all trucks are different so it may vary.
Mines was 2” of rake when I first got it installed. But now its 1.5” after 800 miles. Im going to add a 0.5” wulf...
Thank you for this!! I was thinking about removing the front valance but didnt like that it was exposed that much. I dont need it so much for rock protection or debris, but for water (driving through floods) and maybe a little mud. And at around $100 it wont break the bank.
I have 3.92s. Im running 275/65/20’s (34”x11”) so I had bought the rough country speedometer calibrater and set it on 32.75”. I just filled the truck up yesterday and so far with 55-60 miles its saying 16.7mpg with a mix of heavy footed city driving and freeway driving at 65-70mph. The...
