Before I left the dealership last NOV, we started seeing a few broken valve springs as well causing total failure. It's when you catch it before total failure happens that is nice! .. They still borrow my borescope camera all the time (I still live a couple blocks away from the dealership).

Yeah they fixed the original fix (broken manifold bolts) so now the manifolds themselves crack in the middle :( Just put long-tubes on :P

A cowl hood would allow air to be scooped up from the rear of the hood allowing more air into the system. Only so much comes in from the front being 'rammed' into it. Our Mopar style doesn't have a gasket like yours that would snug up against the hood when it is closed. That's what I miss about...
