I like what you did there, and may do the same. I’m thinking it will also serve as some protection from debris as others are pointing out. It also looks better than stock. I’m not sure where you cut, but looking at my truck, I will cut right below the bottom push pins giving them just enough...
I also have this problem, but haven’t done anything about it. I’m open for any solutions. I don’t drive it every day, so it’s not too high on my radar right now.
Since you have a black Ram night edition, I would suggest a little bling for the front. A matte black Stars and Stripes overlay decal for the Ram on the front grill. They can be found on eBay, and run about 20.00 dollars.
I have been running Falken A/T tires on my Jeep Wrangler for the last two years. They are snow rated, and they wear like iron. I’m planning on putting them on the truck when the stockers wear out. They are quiet and produce good traction in all weather. No tire will replace 4X4, but they did...
Our manual recommends using 89 octane In the Ram; however, when you get in the higher elevations, 87 becomes the new 89. What do you run in your truck if you live in a high elevation state? I was just in Colorado, and it was pricey running high test while there Just to keep in line with manual...
I love my Falkens on my Jeep. They are 10 ply and they wear like iron. Where I live the tires take a lot of abuse, and they can take it. I won’t even consider another brand when I replace tires on my truck. I even had Falken all terrain tires on my wife’s Subaru, and they worked very well.
As a current Wrangler owner and motorcycle rider, my speculation is perhaps those that are waving in their trucks are used to doing that because their other vehicle is a “wave“ vehicle. I know I caught myself waving when not in my Jeep. It seems old habits die hard.
I posted this in another thread, but autoanything.com is doing a 12% discount for Labor Day. Just use their code. I came across it while looking at under seat storage.
Seems autoanything.com is offering a 12% discount with a code for Labor Day. I was looking at the Du-Ha under seat storage, and the discount applied. So, there may be some items on there that aren’t normally discounted.
