Sorry, don't mean to be negative but what makes you guys think FCA will fix this? I filed a case and the response was "operating as designed". That response doesn't sound like "we're working on it".
Same thing going on with my climate control system. This morning it was 66F outside, have the system set on A/C (not auto) at 66F fan speed on 4.
Drivers side vent is blowing cool air and passenger side vent is blowing warm air. Both pass and driver climate sync at 66F.
Worse climate control...

Guys - I suggested this before and still think it's valid to get some factory attention. We need a central file or location where anyone with the A/C issue can list their VIN. Doing so would help show how wide spread the problem is. Possibly get some action.
I have the same issue and also had a case#. Today I found the case has been closed, the last I heard is operating as designed. I believe this is BS and am also frustrated with having bought a 55K vehicle that has poor A/C performance. Please let me know how you intend to "turn the heat up on...

Guys - would it help to start a list of VINs with this problem? Make a central location where you can enter your VIN if you have this problem? We might start to see more and more as the summer gets going. An ever growing list of VINs might be something Chrysler would pay attention to.
I did this and didn't really get anywhere, but it did get a case number established. They came back and said it was "characteristic of the vehicle". They also stated there were "no related cases or concerns". My case number was 101461459, maybe if they get enough complaints referencing other...
