    2019 E-Torque - Lost Regen Braking?

As others had mentioned, I have never noticed my regen braking on my 2021 Limited in almost 3 years of driving.

Any Suggestions how to make a Ram 1500 Crew Cab 6 4 Bed look shorter?

I agree. I felt very lucky to find my Limited with a 6'4" bed. To me it looks way more balanced.

Who here is NOT happy with their e-Torque system?

Same here. I do not notice the regenerative braking at all on my 2021 Limited.

Would you order Air Suspension again?

Surprising, I traded my 2019 Laramie for my 2021 Limited and ride difference was like night and day, which I attribute to the air ride. The seats seem better which may help a little, but everything else should be nearly equal.

    Not impressed,pretty disappointed

I feel your pain. I bought a 2019 Laramie new and ended up trading it in after about 18 months. Wind noise, loose suspension bolts, radio intermittantly dying, plus other minor issues. I never traded in a vehicle that early before. Luckily, this was back when they had employee pricing so the...

I'm P!#$%$ just found out I don't have anti spin

What you were expecting to see with the truck jacked up was how older true posi rears acted. These newer limited slip differentials are more sophisticated and as noted above, do not actually "lock" until there is some torque applied.... The last truck I owned with a true posi rear many years ago...

How are the 2019's holding up?

I feel the same way. Bought a 2019 Laramie new. Dome light switch broke, wind noise, loose rear control arm bolts all within the first year. Then the radio would start sounding super distorted until the truck was shut down for awhile and it rebooted. Traded it for a 2021 Limited after 21 months...

Why is the crew cab with the 6.4 bed not a popular option?

Correct, but I was talking bigger street bikes.

Why is the crew cab with the 6.4 bed not a popular option?

All a matter of opinion....and needs. I think the 5'7" bed looks a tad odd on a Crew cab. The 6'4" looks more balanced, to be at least.. Although I don't haul my motorcycles anymore, it was tight but possible on a 6'4", not possible with the 5'7". Also, 8 foot long wood moulding will just barely...

Laramie to Bighorn, crew to quad, anyone done so?

My 2010, 2014 and 2019 were all quad cabs, for that same reason as the OP. Kids are grown and no need for the crew cab. But they were Laramies, when I decided to move up to a Limited I had to go with the crew cab. I was lucky enough to find one with a 6’4” box, so I didn’t have to give up any...

    Why Air Suspension?

I traded my 2019 Laramie on a 2021 Limited mainly because of the comfort of the air ride suspension. Also, the ability to lower when loading and even washing the truck is a plus. The nicer interior and more comfortable seats also were a factor. I wish I had tried out an air suspension earlier, I...

    Impressive Gas Mileage

I just drove from Pa to Florida with my 2021 Limited,E torque, 6’4” box and 3.21s. 3 fill ups, 22, 21, and 21 mpg hand calculated With 87 octane. Most of this was I-95 averaging 75 to 80 mph. Very happy with these numbers.

    18”s vs 20”s

I had a 2010 and 2014 with 20 inch wheels. Rode well, but next I went with a 2019 with 18's. Ride was a bit softer. Now I have a 2021 Limited, back with the 20's but with the air ride it's the most comfortable of all, as you would expect.
