Price negotiated from MSRP

2025 Tungsten, MSRP $91k, final price $70k. Combination of EPP, dealer discount, $1k rebate and $1k TDM. Not as strong as I was hoping this close to MY26 but close enough.
How and from where?

I'm in Houston and even for the few remaining MY25, none of the dealers want to come down to even MD price of $79K.

In hindsight I guess I got luckier than I thought. This was from Fayetteville CDJR in TN. I had showed interest months earlier, and they reached back out. Told them where I wanted to be on it. There was a little bit of back and forth, but we had everything settled within a day.

That's awesome!! Tungsten wasn't even on my radar until couple of weeks back but since I was missing owning truck. Hunting season just started and my current Integra Type-S wasn't gonna cut it so I started looking at RAM again (owned TRX previously).

The problem I'm seeing is that there isn't much inventory left for MY25 in Texas and the ones that have it, holding it like gold. Been in touch with one of the dealers and he is not willing to budge on his asking price. I could get MY26 from Mark Dodge for around $79k shipped to my house but I hate the fact that they have gone back to black interior. I want the lighter color interior of MY25 as it give it a much more premium look.

Yeah, the interior color change may be playing a factor. It's an odd change, surprised they didn't make it an option. I don't hate the black interior, but the sea salt does feel more premium. Stellantis incentives may also be playing a factor. It's counterintuitive, but I've noticed in the past that they sometimes reduce the incentive on last MY once new MY is fully ramped.

Purchased a 2025 Big Horn 4x4 1500 Aug 22nd.

I did a ton of shopping of the 2025's I was interested within 200 miles. (Flame Red, Hydro blue, Gray, silver. No white or black, which was the majority of what was on lots). This was the best deal I was able to hammer out, and it was the closest dealer to me.

Hydro Blue. (love this color)
Customer Preferred Package 21Z
Night Edition
Big Horn level 2 Equipment Group
3.0 SST SO
12" Digital Cluster
Trailer Brake Controller
Mopar Floor Mats

Dealer Add Ons: $1098.
Front doors: window tint to match the back doors.
Clear bra on the hood/sides, mirrors, door jams, inside door handles

NOTE: I told them I wouldn't pay for this and walked out. They agreed to removed the cost from the deal. I normally do this exact set of items after purchase, but I prefer having the option to add it when I purchase and not being forced to buy it.

$62640 MSRP + $0 for the tint/clear bra protection.
$14940 Discount and Rebates (~23.8% discount / ~25.6% if you factor in the add-ons I didn't pay for)
$47700 Price paid - trade/cash + TTL

I was able to get the higher end I was looking for my trade in at $22k. (18-20k offers from other dealers, carvana, carmax, etc.) The market here for 5 year old Tesla Model Y's with 60k miles is pretty saturated, and they sell on dealer lots for 24-26k all over the place.

Employee pricing had Tungsten's down in the low $70K range through August. I tried to buy on from Helfman in Houston but they wouldn't do more than $3K off msrp. I found a dealer in Memphis TN that was willing to match Mark Dodges prices and bought from them. There's 2 in CA selling for $73K and a few more in the 77K range. I wanted a MY25 because of the sea salt interior

That's the dealer that I've been talking with and they are still sticking with the same price, despite the truck sitting on the lot for over 130 days. Also spoke with another dealer and they have the same excuse that the prices posted online are "not true" and there will be add-ons at those dealers when you try to buy. So their best OTD price is $90K.

Like you, I want 2025 model otherwise Mark Dodge would have been an easy no BS choice.

Yeah, Helfman played that same BS with me, even claimed to have gotten the owner involved and they wouldnt be beat by another dealer. I showed them the Memphis truck and they said the trucks were optioned differently and they were. Helfmans truck had the MFT & no BUG; the Memphis truck had the BUG but no MFT, thats the only difference. I told them yes but the MFT isnt a 10K option. A week later he emailed asking me if I was still intrested. I replied with a picture of my executed deal sheet and the new truck in my driveway.

Check the links in my above post, theres some deals on 25's. Luke gave me a no add-ons price too.
Mark was my 1st choice as well but no 25's
