Limited Leather dash delamination.

Looked up the executives on LinkedIn and sent them all emails. Heard from the Corporate admin team within a day and was on my way to getting a new dash. Sometimes you have to go straight to the top!
Mind sharing those emails?

like ET they don't all have issues but enough do to get a bad rep.
is it mainly the trucks that live in hot humid parts of the country that have issues?

All these reports of the dreaded bubbling of the dash... I'm either one of the lucky ones that it hasn't happened to, or it's already been replaced while in the previous owners care.

Ask our dealer to look at the service history and see if it's been replaced. It will show up if it has.

I have had my dash replaced three times now, it keeps bubbling up, the latest one has a different center material behind the screen so it might be different, also remember there is a two year warranty on installed parts from the dealer, I haven't spent a dime yet. Also the wood trim is coming apart now so I'm looking for carbon fiber like the TRX. Only has 45000 miles and kept inside and i use a shade, and just dust the dash, must be the heat in Florida.

I tried to get my dealer in Corbin KY to assist and even asked about what Ram Cares told me over the phone about cost share and that some were doing an 80/20 cost share. That was over a week a go that the service manager said he would look into it and get back with me.
Not a peep.

If you are under warranty, you will get a full dash replacement. My 2019 did the same thing in the same spot as you described. If they give you $****, just call FCA and create a case. It is a known issue.
I called FCA, gave me a case number and closed it the next day with no resolve nor call back.

I would create a case with RAM. There is no reason why this would not be covered under warranty. It has happened to like a gizzilion trucks and they are clearly aware of the issue.
Agree with you! known problem and should be repaired even if its synthetic leather!

Hey everyone,

I have reached out to Ram Cares and the dealer about my 2020 limited, received a case number and they closed it after I got off the phone apparently and I spoke to the dealer service manager in Corbin who was going to get back with me but never did! I keep my truck garaged and had it leave it setting out one day and the Dash bubbled up on the passenger side. Its a known problem and still know help getting it repaired. I am in KY and its a moderate climate. SAD!!!!!!! especial after be in loyal Mopar customer for 35+years
