Hi all, proud owner here for all of three weeks. Love the truck in spite of a few flaws here and there. But a new one came up this week where there is an air bubble on top dash. Directly above the shift knob where the center hip slopes down toward the gauge cluster. Obviously it’s concerning but curious if anyone else has this issue and dealt with it via dealer. I can’t get it to dealer for a few days. Thanks for feedback!

I had an issue on both front doors, bubbles in the leather. The GM looked at it and told my salesman, " this is unbelievable, order him two new door cards". Problem resolved on first try. If you get any run~around call FCA headquarters and open a star case immediately.

The downside to the position you describe is that it sounds like it’s the main section of the dash, and removal of the dash is said to be a very invasive procedure. While I know you’re under warranty, and FCA is certainly on the hook for it, I’d be tempted to ask local leather shops if this kind of defect can be repaired in place.

I also had two door cards with (very) minor blemishes at delivery. My dealership ordered replacements right away. Both replacements had much more significant defects than my factory panels, so I refused the repair.

Thanks and I will follow up with info once I can get to a dealer. The bubble is about the size of my hand, which is why it's so concerning. It's cool to see Ramcare here in the forum.

Just a follow up for anyone interested. My dealer took care of the bubble. They had to replace the dash panels. Just got it back this week and seems all is well again.

The Jeep GC SRTs are riddled with interior issues and these are one of them. I hope it doesn’t happen with these trucks.

The heat from the sun melts the adhesive, then it separates.

One of the main reasons I put ceramic tint in all of my vehicles, including the windshield.

I've got the same issue with mine in the same exact spot. Guess she'll be going in to be swapped out as well

Same thing happening to my Limited. Large bubble above shifter on top of dash. Ive been to the dealer endless times to try to resolve. Contacted FCA and denied by FCA. Very Disappointing!

Why are the denying this? Are you outside your warranty? I have the same issue on my Limited.

Did they ever fix it because mine has the same issue, going to the dealership tomorrow. I also purchased an extended warranty with the truck.

I've never seen any extended "warranty" that covers trim or cosmetic issues. If you're still under 3/36 warranty, it's covered. Otherwise you'll have to fight for FCA or your dealer to goodwill it.

I had a GM extended warranty on a 2006 Silverado that covered things like this. I got the leather driver seat re-upholstered, gauge lens replaced, and door arm rest replaced under this warranty. I agree with you about 3rd party warranties, but that's not always the case with manufacturer's extended warranties.

Just had the dash on my 2019 Limited replaced as the leather pealed up on the passenger side. Got lucky and they had one in stock as apparently they are on a 6-8 month backorder. I was very worried about getting rattles after because of how invasive of a procedure it is, but happy to report no issues.

Very disappointed… I just got off the phone with FCA and even though I’m within my warranty by time not by mileage they are wanting to deny the claim of the delamination Dash. I know I did and as well as many others purchased a limited due to the beautiful interior that it comes with. I think it’s very unfortunate that they feel that they have a right to deny the claim when they know there’s a real serious issue. They did say that they will try to escalate it up but I have my doubts.

Same here also wood is cracking on dash. Shame to hear they won’t repair it. I leased luckily may not choose RAM again if issues like this are going to be ignored
