That’s a possibility, but @Cbty2050 would be much more knowledgeable on that side of the houseMy dealer installed the full kit as listed in the original post into my 2025 RAM 1500 Limited and can't get it to communicate. The service advisor is now saying that according to my VIN, my truck is not capable of having a trailer brake controller installed.(?) Not sure why they would sell me a vehicle with a factory class IV receiver and a 7 pin connector if there is no factory TBC possibility. Of course, I don't believe this and I'm coming here for verification. I have the 12" screen.

My guess is dealership error. We have seen it a few times. The module was communicating before.That’s a possibility, but @Cbty2050 would be much more knowledgeable on that side of the house
