Price negotiated from MSRP

Not sure why Knight Cjdr would move prices up and down within the day. Sounds sketchy at a minimum. As mentioned, the majority of their Ram prices were about 20%off.

I was able to verify that on of their list of discounts, one for $1500 used trade in bonus is apparently total bs, so be careful.

It's additionally concerning that say all Big Horns or all Laramies don't have similar discounts. That smells of potential bait and switch.

It's also odd that on Tks garage, you do not see lists of dealers with 30 off. That's almost proof positive there are no countrywide consistent discounts in the 30 off range, and all may be suspect, once you get past 20% off.
yeap. so now i just tell my friends to go to Mark Dodge.
no need for spend hours to search, no need to negotiate, they give the best pricing and they actually work WITH you not against you. Much rather my friends do something else with the time looking, let it be enjoy life or make more money lol

Has anyone placed a factory order from Mark Dodge? I was told as of right now, it’s more expensive to factory order than to take a car off their lot. Has that been anyone else’s experience?

I placed a factory order a few weeks ago. My truck is currently in production; at the body vendor (whatever that means). When I ordered it was cheaper to order then buy off their lot, but that may have changed. You should call Anthony at MD and just ask him. He’s super friendly, easy to work with, and has been completely open and honest with me through the process.

I have a Tungsten on order right now. It was slightly more expensive to factory order, like 1-2k. They only had black tungstens coming in, and I am not a black guy though.

They were 12% of MSRP on Tungstens plus and additional 5k of manufacturer rebates.

What the heck is this formerly good big discount dealer in Idaho doing? This is on an in-stock 25 Laramie… markup bs still happening?

“CARS COST LESS IN CALDWELL!!! Price includes: $2500 - 2025 National Truck Month Bonus Cash . Exp. 03/31/2025 $4000 - 2025 National Retail Consumer Cash. Exp. 03/31/2025. Price includes $7,775 of dealer added accessories.

Checked another major dealer (Laura RAM) on a 25’ Laramie 4x. They didn't have anything higher than a Laramie in stock. Wonder where the Limiteds and Tungstens are?

24.5% off msrp if all incentives and discounts were applicable.
  • VIN 1C6SRFJP8SN510252

Purchased earlier this week.
2025 Big Horn/Lone Star 4x4 w/ Night and Level 2.
MSRP $61,755.
Dealer Discount 8253
Rebates $10,000 ($2k of which was a private code Ram Brands sent to my email)
Selling price $43,501 + TT&L
No dealer add-ons or strange taxes/fees.
There was a trade involved, but that was their online price and it was honored with or without the trade. They gave me $500 more than I was originally asking for on the trade just to make deal happen.
Dallas area dealership (but slightly outside of the city)

How did you come into that $2k private code?!

I signed up for their mailing list years ago at Ramtrucks.com. About once a year I'd get a private code either in my email, or in a postcard through the USPS. It varied over the years, some were as low as $750, but typically they'd be about $1250-$1750. This is the first time they gave me a $2000. I've bought alot of Rams over the years. 2019, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2025 model years, about half of them using one of these codes. My last code was below with some info deleted, but you get the idea. It basically stacks on top of all current public incentives (except a few, like it won't stack on top of the $1000 codes for going to Ramtrucks.com that periodically appear). Hope that helps anyone out there.

Thank you. I feel like I’ve seen these in the past, but not in the right timing. I haven’t seen one lately. Sure would be nice if it would show up again here soon!

ah Knight CJDR.
I saw their 2024 Tradesman Power Wagon discounted to 49.5K at 11PM.
12hrs later when i was gonna show it to my friends it went back to $65k.
then, 12 hours later at 11PM it went down to $48.5K

at that point i realized that was bullcrap and decided I'm better off ordering from Mark Dodge when I'm finally ready to order Thuren parts for the PW. (I order parts and truck together and start the mods the first week of delivery)
Ha! New here and this is the first post I read!!! It's funny because I just spent three hours at Knight CJDR yesterday trying to buy a truck. When it came time to close the deal, they pulled out a price much higher than the one advertised . They refused to honor the price and said it was a mistake. They also seem to play games with window stickers.... Bunch of BS.

yeap lol
just talk to @AnthonyRI from Mark Dodge. best buying experience ever and they don't do that kind of bs.

in fact, i don't even buy anything from california dealer now. cross the border into USA (AZ or NV) and much better pricing

Always good to publicize the scammy vs the good dealers for the benefit of others. Maybe the bad ones will see some sales volume drop because of this.
It’s pretty certain that the honest dealers will get increases in volume.

Yes, but the scammy dealers know they only need to sell to 1 sucker to make X profit while the honest dealers may need to sell 3-4 vehicles to make X profit.

So true.

Now the question is, what is a good price for a 2024 Rebel HD Diesel, $91k MSRP? Based on this thread it seems like it is possible to get $75k or better on such a truck!

Not sure we would know in the 1500 forum.

I looked at the MD webpage under 2500 but it's almost all "call for price" and mostly saw 2025's.

The Laura RAM site in Mo had a few of these 2024's...

2024 Ram 2500 REBEL CREW CAB 4X4 6'4 BOX Cummins 6.7

Detailed Pricing

MSRP$ $89,260
Laura Discount- $10,185
Rebates- $2,500
Final Price $76,575
