My father in law that lives with us is a veteran, but not active or retired. So he probably won’t be able to purchase it either I’d assume.

Veterans that were honorably discharged were given privileges I believe, so if he has an ID, they are allowed to shop.

Google “veteran privileges at exchanges”.

There is some navigating to do once you get in. Go to Marketplace at the top, look for the Exchange Auto Parts Store. Click on that tab, and it will take you to the specialty parts site. Search per your vehicle year, then open menu>brakes-suspension>suspension components>Sway bar and accessories >Sway bar assemblies>Hellwig 7709

Hell, when I ordered mines, the website didn’t even have the model years up to date. Think it only went up to 2018 back then.
Glad to share. What a savings huh?!?

Where did you find it on AAFES? I check the shopmyexchange site and haven't been able to find it.

Much appreciated.

Def order through AAFES (military only for those that don't know), it's half the price of what they are asking on Hellwig website these days. $411 on Hellwig website 😳, it's a great mod but not worth that kind of money IMO.
Side note..... if you have family or a friend in the military buy them a case of beer and ask them politely to order you one through AAFES 😉.

Just installed mine over the weekend. I put it on medium setting. I have to say I was kind of surprised that I could actually feel the difference from the get go. Certainly less body roll overall. I got it more for towing than anything, but it honestly makes the daily drive better. Worth it, no doubt.

This is one of those extremely rare occasions where the hype on a truck upgrade is real. No one is claiming it will turn your truck into a sports car, but everyone says it makes a noticeable difference and that's 100% right.

And there it is. Yup, 391.92, almost a $200 increase.
Pretty sure old 196.98 price was based on existing inventory prior to the price increase from Hellwig. The mad rush to buy up depleted that inventory and now new inventory has incurred the price increase.
Sooner or later, AAFES was gonna move price.
At the end of the day, it is still a business entity, and they cannot afford to lose that much off of cost.
Lucky for those of us that got um when we got um…! No longer an economical upgrade. Yikes!

I paid $344.56 including tax for mine from Summit back in June. For the difference it makes it was still well worth the money.

Here it is. But looks like the price jumped in the last day or two ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
