Did my first alphaobd changes tonight!! shout out to you all for the great information on this thread!!!

One thing though.... has anyone had issues with the air suspension being affected?
I did the DRL mod as well as performance / off-road pages. after I did those I got in and my ram suspension jacked up all the way up to level 5. then got errors that I couldn't drop it due to load. I finally got it to drop down to what was saying aero mode by driving on the highway fast but I believe it's actually in mode 3. it looks like im a level off or something based on what the level says in the truck and where its actually sitting.
(also my pages didn't come into the radio yet, only on the evic with some blank pages too, giving that til tomorrow tho to update hopefully)
Anyway, has anyone had any ram air suspension issues after these changes? im going to see if the computer resets overnight but figured id ask y'all just to see. below are the changes I made:

Pages:
VehConfig1-Performance Pages Present - Yes
VehConfig 2-Off-Road Capable - Yes
VehConfig 5-Off-Road Pages Present - Yes

Amber Turn Signals as DRL's:
CBC Features: DRL Lamp Location - Turn Signal DRL
CustSetMenu 1 daytime running lights CM Present

FYI to anyone that’s following or runs into my air suspension issue i found another post here that said the limited with off-road package only has 4 height settings due to it already being lifted 1”. That’s the problem.
So if you change your non off-road limited to
VehConfig 2-Off-Road Capable - Yes
then you’ll lose a height level and it’ll always be a level off on the display.

HOWEVER: I changed VehConfig 2-Off-Road Capable back to NO and all is fixed!!
Off-road and Performance pages still work and all 5 levels of air ride come back like factory even the auto aero mode over 60mph works again.

Side note… Love the DRL change to yellow too!!

Can anyone confirm if you can disable the active noise cancellation with Alpha OBD? If so where is the setting hidden? I tried searching, only came up with harness options and complaints about it. Thanks!

Disable ANC: P/T Chassis Net: ANC:Active Noise Cancellation – Disabled

Don't know if it works. I set it to disabled but not sure how to test.

i just downloaded the software/Demo on my Android. WTH! You can write the VIN? Reset Odometer? I cant believe what is in there. Serious stuff toget you in serious trouble. Cool!

And will the dealer know you changed the configuration file?

It won't let you set that stuff once the BCM is out of shipment mode.

Thats good. But it looks like you can put it in shipping mode. I just want to turn on performance pages and fun stuff like that...

You sure can, even when out of shipping mode. You can change the mileage in the cluster, and VIN write. The only thing it can’t change right now is the engine hours.

Thats good. But it looks like you can put it in shipping mode. I just want to turn on performance pages and fun stuff like that...

Irrelevant to the capability to make those changes, but while you can set ship mode, it will auto-cancel once driven if the truck has more than 110 miles.

Mine showed up for 1 day, and now they only show up in my driver console, and are missing from my 12 inch screen.
I also noticed that I can't set the surround view as a shortcut on "my pages" anymore, but it still works when I select it from "my cameras" from the Vehicle menu.

And my Limited doesn't have anything offroad, but the air suspension appears to still show all 5 levels, are you saying yours only shows 4, or after changing from the 4th to 5th nothing happens?

I did a reset and that didn't work anymore.
Ill change my capable back to no and do a reset (it never seems to change naturally without a manual reset).

My unit is on whatever is the most current version, it's only a month old from the factory.

Just because its a month from the factory, doesn't mean it has the latest updates. So I would double check.

Yep he’s right. Hold the bottom two corners to get into the dealer mode to check version. Uconnect website was telling me that I’m all up to date and it was wrong too. Only way to be sure is verify in the system.

Is 21 the version or is that different?

You have Uconnect 5. Entirely different than the 2019-2021 radios, so basically none of their info applies to you. Your issue is most like a radio software issue, which UC5 is riddled with at the moment. You are one version behind though, I can send you the newest update that you can load via usb.

If you could send the update that would be great.
I'm an IT Engineer so firmware and stuff is regular life for me, but I couldn't find crap on the radio to update or anything, it just has a "connect to wifi" and nothing happens LOL.

Is there a website I can use to grab it myself, or it is locked behind dealership logins and stuff?

For what it's worth almost everyone I saw about the 2019s and stuff seemed to work for me, I just had some weird bugs on my radio in general which I guess might be completely unrelated.
