Click on both of those app at the same time for like a couple of sec and it takes you to dealer thing

OK, I know it's nit-picking, but you are only actually pressing the two lower extreme corners of the screen, you can press just enough of it without touching the app icons.

probably not, I think it includes software updates for cellphone modem, nav and other stuff which maybe different in Europe.

I have my 2021 Ram Rebel that I did the 12" upgrade, It currently has PR39.6

Can I do PR39.7 update to this unit and gain the performance pages ? I have OBD JScan will I be able to change it with JScan or do I need AlfaOBD ?

Yes. I did in my 21 bighorn with the same version of what you have. Not sure if Jscan works, I used AlfaObd

Alfaobd but you may not need. If update goes smooth i don't think u need alfa.

You can't put the files in the root of the USB, have to put the VP4R_Update folder with the files in it at the root.

Don't skip any versions. If you're at below the 34.2, do that one first.

Does anyone have a complete list of parts/tools (with part #'s if possible) of what I will need to take my 2021 Ram 2500 Laramie diesel , non nav 8.4 screen, to 12in screen. From what I have researched, there seems to be a difference in part #'s for 12in screens for 1500 vs 2500 trucks. So far, I think I need a Security Gateway Module Bypass from Kaodtech, to bypass gateway behind instrument cluster, a OBDLink MX+ reader, a custom wiring harness (not sure where to get), a LVDS Cable (not sure where or what to get), a 12in center stack screen, radio module, and radio module mounting hardware. I am unsure of a lot of part numbers since it is a 2500 truck. Any help would be appreciated.

Okay, this helps. And you were able to get this done on 2021 2500 ram? Did you have to take the gauge cluster out out in order to do the bypass?

Okay, after some more research on the threads, i found where @Jimmy07 said for the 2021 2500 cummins trucks, you need center stack part # 68370849AB. Are there any other part numbers out there that diesel owners have gotten to work?
