Hey everyone, I wanted to take a minute and welcome @RamCares to the forum. I have talked to them privately, Julie, Jasmine and Darlene will be available to address any customer questions as well as complaints. I am excited to have them with us and hope that you will all join me in welcoming them to the forums!
 
I just submitted a challenge in general discussion. Hopefully they step up, figure out this issues. It will be nice to have Mopar reps on the site to help.

In the interest of keeping things organized and easy for them to find it's best to post anything in the Maintenance, TSB and Warranty issues forum. I saw your thread and will move it there.

Thanks for coming aboard! Hate to bombard you with a question in a welcome post, but could you help me figure out how to extend my $500 off coupon expiration until after the truck I ordered comes in? ;) I have spoken with the dealer and with the folks at FCA incentives to no avail.

Yes I have the same question since there seems to be some production delays that we were not able to anticipate at the time of ordering. My coupon expires 07/02/18
 
This is "exciting" . . . Will you folks be able to answer OR pass along "concerns" about yet to order - Build & Price online - questions ?
I have One and maybe a second "annoying" Options / Further upgrades required, Question ! ! ! Perhaps some other members have similar conundrums as well ! ?

Can someone from Ram please answer this question? Why have all the 2019 Ram 1500s ordered with Ram Boxes been delayed for so long. Trucks ordered in early May still haven't been built and those that have, are delayed in all kinds of limbo. Lots of people have thrown out unofficial guesses but someone from Ram has to know the answer. We're being very patient but why is this question so hard to answer?
