Is the RH resonator portion needed if changing from stock exhaust over to the GT muffler? You mentioned it a few times but no explanation.
I have my parts guy looking into it for me and am getting a quote on the muffler part number you listed (no listing via google yet) and will get the resonator if required as well.

The muffler comes with the lh side, so I would replace rh.

My parts guy at my dealership said F it and just ordered 1, he said he will call me when it comes in, and that would be the quickest/easiest process in order to get a price. I didn't commit to buying it, but probably will unless it's ridiculously priced. I have a 15+ year relationship with the guy.

I didn't mention the resonator to him and would think the regular versus G/T would be the same resonator, but maybe I'm wrong. If they are different, can't be much of a big deal.

I guess for now it's something we should get local parts counter to request?

If I were a betting man, a lot of these trucks are getting the standard exhaust as the exhaust meant for the gt isn’t being produced as fast as they need it. So in order to fill orders they are just throwing the stock exhaust on them and sending them out the door.
