Hmmmm... Sounds like D1? No?
Not that it means anything, but I got that exact same message from Alexander this Tuesday just before my build started. Build is finished and build sheet popped up today. Check in again tomorrow and see what they say.

Beautiful, and congrats! I told my dealer not to wash mine... I'm bringing it directly to a pro for ppf and ceramic.
Just curious why would you not want them to wash it?these things come off the trucks pretty dirty and your pro will do a paint correction on it before applying the PMF or ceramic coat.

Got some more news from my dealer yesterday. He told me my truck is being built right now and has and estimated ship date of 4/28 from the factory. Then it takes a ride to Council Bluffs where it gets off loaded and sits in the yard till they have a transport truck full of vehicles coming his way. So it could possibly sit in the yard for another 2 weeks before they can file the paper work to go get it and drive it back since it is a sold truck. So I'm guessing I won't see my truck till the middle of May at the earliest. This wait sure sucks. Order date was 2/16 and I know there are guys that have been waiting longer than I have. The worst of this is a month ago I found the exact truck that I ordered at a dealer that's only 150 miles from me.

Man I just noticed when I reread this post how childish I sound that my new truck isn't here yet...:LOL:

So check this out for all of you having your vehicle shipped. I have no way of tracking where my truck is with the transport company, but realized the Uconnect has a feature to locate your vehicle any time. I logged in to Uconnect and was able to see my truck is now only 400 miles away. It left Mark Dodge yesterday afternoon and is already to El Paso. Pretty cool for those that want to see where their vehicles are.

How do you have a Uconnect account if you don’t have the truck yet?

I used RAM Chat yesterday -- the 45th day after truck was ordered. RAM chat person escalated my case. Got the email below today.

Nice to have the email, but it seems mostly like a pacifier. Somehow it seems far-fetched that Jeff will get RAM to reorganize the production flow to put my truck to the front of the line. If they did, then everybody on this thread would be mad at me for jumping the queue in front of them. My salesman is annoyed at his RAM rep -- he has 5 customers in a similar situation to me. He hasn't been able to get anything meaningful out of her. Good time to re-read the Serenity Prayer.....

Hello Mr. B----,
First, I would like to say congratulations on ordering your all-new Ram 1500.
My name is Jeff and I will be monitoring your vehicle order throughout the build process.
At this present time, your vehicle is being sequenced for production with all the parts necessary to begin building your order either being scheduled or gathered.
I have reached out to our factory resources to ensure your order is prioritized as well as to gather an estimated production plan timing. I hope to have additional news and updates to share with you soon.
I have set my next scheduled followup with you for your order or email responses for April 29th at the absolute latest, but will reach out to you further as soon as there are additional updates to share on your order.
Thank you for your loyalty and we’re proud to have you as a member of the Ram Truck Family!
Sincerely,
Jeff
Got an update today that might be helpful to others. My dealer texted me this morning that my truck moved from D to D1 status today. So I decided to check with RAM Chat to see how they changed their description:

RAM Chat on 4/8 - D status
Thank you, I can see your order is in the scheduling stage, once all of the required parts for your order are accounted for it will be sequenced for production!

RAM Chat on 4/16 - D1 status
I am showing all of the materials needed to start the build process have been received. The vehicle should be entering the build process very soon. Please reach out to the Selling Dealer as they may have a more accurate date of arrival or status for you.

It's possible that the escalation improved things. More likely, my truck was just about to move forward regardless. Still, the escalation was easy to request at 45 days after initial order. So even if there is only a small chance that it helps, it seems like a good thing to do.

Finally in D1 status! Progress!!

Ram Rebel ordered in Sarnia, Ontario, Canada on Jan 27, D Status/VIN/VON Feb 12, D1 Status April 16.
Do you think the blind spot and cross path slowed your build down?

Spoke to my dealer today, mine is getting shipped after an order on 3/12. But he told me he placed another order on 3/24 and it hasn't moved because of the ship shortage. According to him, they have significantly slowed down production due to the shortage.
