Have any of you guys had or know of any issues running the rough country 3.5 (with replacement struts, not spacers) on the Rebels? I know of issues with using the 1” taller factory bilstein struts in combination with the RC spacers up front, but am wondering if running the kit with the upgraded struts and shocks is a solid offroad lift for the Rebels.

Sounds like I might not have to mess with the rear. If we're only going up 1.5 . I'll update either way because I was thinking of a 1 inch on the rear !

Well took about 4hrs with some breaks and of course the other side is always faster. I'm at Firestone getting a alignment, we'll see how off it is in a few! Snapchat-2102057324.jpg Snapchat-1020469481.jpg Snapchat-2007594560.jpg 20210302_153621.jpg

So how does the front compare to the rear? Looks like you got 2 inches instead of 1.5.

Isn't a Rebel only an inch taller than stock?. I would think you'd get closer to 2.5" of lift. I hope I get 3.5 on my non-ORP truck.

@RTREBEL how's the ride from the strut?

I had to add a 1 inch motofab lift in the rear to gain a little rake back. As for the ride it's not as smooth as the stock suspension. I only noticed it because I commute the same route to work everyday and can feel dips a little stiffer. I have 5100 on order and the RC will do for now!

Perfect stance imo. Are you going bigger for tires?

I did read these struts ride better after about 500 miles.

Thanks , I'm probably keeping the tires till it's time to replace them.

Hopefully they do, probably after a few more weeks I won't even be paying attention to it!

It was still enough I had to lift the rear an inch to get a little rake back. In some of pictures it looked nose high.

Hey RTREBEL, how are you liking the RC 3.5s after a few months? Does it look like they settled more?

I'm thinking of the same setup on my Rebel. I have 2.5 inches of difference from front to back, and thinking the 3.5 would make it even with the 1 inch of ORP lift removed.
