I am incredibly sorry for the trouble,
@MMalucelli. As you mentioned the truck was being towed to the dealer today, I would be more than willing to get a case escalated on your behalf to a customer care specialist who can work alongside both you and your dealer while your truck is in service. Please send me a private message when you can to get this process started!

Thank you, Mark, for stepping in.
Since I already had to contact Chrysler Care with the previous issues, I already have a case number. I will send it to you through a pm.
I believe that I have some good news…
Chrysler put me in touch with Classic RAM dealer in Pineville, NC.
Since the roadside service could not move the truck (locked in gear and parking brakes activated and not releasing) the Service Director Mr. Brad Johnson from Classic RAM came to my location and together with the technician Mr. Joel were able to disable the parking brake and manually shift the transition to neutral.
They were very attentious and I am very thankful to them.
After that Chrysler roadside towed the truck to the dealership for service.
Hopefully they will be able to completely fix it in reasonable time.
I also want to mention that despite the problems, I like the truck and I also like the RAM brand; I am just frustrated for so many issues without a comprehensive answer.
Thanks,
Marcos
