Maybe I missed it, but we've seen pics of the RAM AIR but I don't believe we have seen pics of this thing upside down? What does the filter look like? How easy is it to get access to to clean/replace?

@PorBoy ...can you post some additional pics of the above? Thanks

What did they charge for shipping? They’re quoting me $178 from Ohio to South Carolina, seems a little steep and defeats the lower price they’re offering.
Wow really?! They charged me like $20 from Ohio to Oklahoma. My final price I paid was $702.33. here's a screenshot of the invoice they emailed me.

So what's the difference in those part numbers?

Also why didn't you go with a different exhaust instead of the Mopar ones like Borla or Corsa?
Nothing, it's the same part. They just have it on there site without the "AB" on the end of the part number. I liked the sound of the Mopar's new Cat-Back exhaust. I was actually looking at Borla's but after hearing the sound of the Mopar, I like it better compared to Borla. And I guess I'm wanting to try and keep everything Mopar.

Yeah that’s weird on the shipping cost, anyhow it’s ordered and on it’s way.

Did you use the "save5" and here is a promo for 20% off shipping "minus20". Try either one to see which offers the most. Also it's super easy to install and if you need help I can give you my cell.

Here's a pic from the instructions manual on how to remove and clean the filter and it's really easy to take cover off and put back on. I'll send pics later of the actual cover off and on from my Rebel.

Thanks for the offer on the install, hopefully I won’t need it but I’ll DM you if I get stumped.

I was hoping to post up on Saturday myself .. but the truck hadn't delivered it yet :(

Sure when it stops raining here, I will be glad to post any photos for you kind folks. :)

Nice!

Just ordered from my dealer $780 including tax, should be here in 3 days!

Sweet! .. my 3 days has turned into 4+ business days / 6 calendar days -- and still waiting. Glad shipping was free or I'd be upset!

Sounds good just remember on step 9, when it's says to remove the inlet duct, you can either just break it or go under the truck and use and flat top screw driver to separate the prongs that holding it in. The instructions don't tell you anything on how to remove it specifically. I attached a pic showing the prongs on the duct.

Yeah I’m expecting Monday realistically for it to arrive. Now I have to start planning my next mod!

Has anyone heard anything about the new Mopar performance hood that was shown on the Mopar Rebel, the one that looks like the SRT hood? Supposedly the articles say that the Mopar ram air is compatible with that hood as well. Now that should definitely add some performance gain, but I can only think if you were to take the cover off of the ram air and the hood itself would be the cover.

I hadn’t seen that before but I like what I see! I posted a thread about a hood change and was looking at the Hellcat type one. Nice to have options!
Here’s a pic of the Hellcat.

BAM changed their shipping cost. A couple days ago it was about $30. Tonight it shows $300! I'm hoping that's an error. Maybe I'll try calling them tomorrow.

Mine showed $170 when I went to buy, just went with my dealer instead.

Got mine today .. clocked out to open it and start installing and I'm glad I did .. it was broken during transit -- need to wait another 5-8 Business days for a replacement ..

the packaging company should put foam or something in the bottom of the inner boxes to protect against this.
