Revel Performance lift links for air ride suspension

Revel rep said that the Ram has a 1/4 dip on the drivers side from factory. Wish they would have stated that in the directions.
Can someone who's done the links confirm you can get the truck the same on both sides pls. That would drive me crazy!

Newbie/lurker. I got the links today and put them on but I seem to have 1/4" or so dip on the drivers side. I have taken them on and off and matched them up exactly and same result 3x over. If I adjust the drivers side it seems to lift both sides. Super frustrating. After I adjust them I get in the truck and lift or lower the system and then put it back to normal. I'm not driving around the block so maybe that is the issue? I've sent an email to Revel about this but wanted to know if anyone on here ran into this.

I have a feeling this is something to do with my limited knowledge of the air suspension. Maybe it will auto level once I drive it a bit.

You can set each link to a different length. They don't have to be the same

That looks great! Which tires do you have on there?

I tried just raising the driver side with no luck. I also tried to adjust drivers side up and passenger side down, still no luck getting it even. You can't tell by looking so I'm okay with it...for now.

Going to get some Nitto Terra Grappler G2's tomorrow. Went with 305/45/22's since I didn't want to lose any ride quality with 10 ply's. Should fill the wheel wells a tiny bit more and give me some better traction in the rainy NW winters.

Looking forward to pics. I have the same Nittos on my truck at stock height and am considering links to level.

BTW, also in the PNW.

I keep mine inflated around 36psi so the ride quality is only minimally affected

I only have the front links installed and measured them both at 2 1/4" eye to eye on the link. I'm perfectly level rear to front and side to side. I also have the day star spacer so maybe it's easier for the truck to level side to side since it doesn't have to fill up the airbags as much as it would without the spacers. Do you have spacers ?

Daystar leveling kit up front. 1 1/2" lift plus the revel links adjustment for the extra 1/2" to get the 2" rake.
ridge grappler 285x60x22, corrected 285x55x22 sorry.

Looks great, who did your daystar leveling kit? Did they seem to know what to do since we have an air ride suspension? Any issues with the install?

Did it myself at home, straight forward install. Factory front rake is 2". Kit is 1 1/2" the extra 1/2" comes from the link adjustment. What took the longest was the constant adjustment of the front links to get that 2" rake leveled to rear.

You disconnected the air line to install?

yes, I read some where the lines can be disconnected up to 3 times before they have to be evacuated at the dealer.

Do you have 22 or 20" wheels? 285/60/22 does not seem to be a tire size. 285/60/20 or 285/55/22? Not trying to bash...just educating myself before I take this project on next year. Truck looks amazing and glad to hear we can remove all rake...I don't tow and if needed a simple adjustment to the links should make towing a bit easier if I end up with something to haul behind my family hauler/commuter. Are you able to use all height adjustments still? Any rubbing with your setup in entry/exit? Trimming?

yes nitto makes 285/55/22, which is 34.6" tall. no rubbing but is very close. if I was to do it again. I would opt to a 285/50/22. all 5 height adjustments work. I also added mud flaps which do rub and had to trim. so yes no rubbing it you stay away from 55 sidewall and stick with 50 or less.

in 22 inch they make a 285/45,50,and 55 no 285/60r22 that would be nearly 36 inches tall .
