35 minutes to actually install the update. I was in and out of the dealer in 1 hour

I'm not sure what's going on, but Apple CarPlay in my truck is working fantastically...again. It's even remembering the music app and station I used last.

Glad to hear it. Knock on wood, but mine’s always worked...and it’s a pretty sweet feature of the truck!

If you are in Nav there is a microphone at the top right of the screen that has never worked for anyone. It is actually grey and if you touch it nothing happens. Supposedly that function was due to be fixed at some point. I was wondering if anyone knows whether the TSB resolves this issue too.

Was your CarPlay not working properly prior to the TSB? Mine works fine (knock on wood) without the TSB update.

For those who did the update....are you now able to remove or hide unwanted siriusxm stations? It's always been in the manual, but has not been in the setup menu anywhere.

Mine just quit working correctly several weeks ago. I was having to launch Google Maps and Pandora before connecting to the truck. Otherwise, it would take a while before I could get both apps working correctly. Pandora also wasn't loading album art after the first song. I also had one episode where I connected the phone and shortly after the entire system restarted.

I haven't taken the truck in for any updates. I'm guessing it was either an app or OTA update (I'm leaning toward iOS app updates).

Damn! that sucks. It amazes me how "all over the place" this problem is. Some trucks have zero problems and some have tons of issues and others everything in between. They need to get to the bottom of this!

As with most TSB’s you’ll likely need to print it and bring it in with you. At a minimum have the full # to force them to look it up.

The TSB mentions voice recognition as one of the fixes. Does anyone know if that fixes the voice command feature in the NAV system that has been inoperable since we got our vehicles?

Seeing how a lot of you have several different common issues, before and after TSB update, and the fact that mine all seems to work good now, tells me it must be a hardware issue? Seems most logical

I'd like to see that answer as well, as I haven't experienced these issues. Jan 19' build.
