Hello RamCares I have a 2019 Big Horn 1500 with 56000 miles. 5.7 Hemi. I discovered multiple leaks in the rear glass took it to the dealership and was told there are several cracks in the frame. I asked about the TSB on it and was told by the service writer that my truck wasn't covered. How can this not be covered as its a known defect?

I’d go to another dealership WITH the TSB. My daughter got it covered. Be aware, there’s 2 TSBs that are similar.

Do you know which TSB this falls under? Having the same issue. Ram wants to charge me $1500 to replace the rear window.

Hello RamCares I have a 2019 Laramie 1500 with 82000 miles. 5.7 Hemi. I discovered a leak in the rear glass took it to the dealership and was told there are several cracks in the frame. I asked about the TSB on it and was told by the service writer that my truck wasn't covered. Is there a link where I put in my vin number to check all related TSBs?

We all need to stick together on this, this is a safety issue, mold and mildew! Some of you only found problem because of smell,
I for one found it early on because of water leaked down into my RF module behind rear passenger seat, after removing my rear seats and opening up cover to RF module I became the ground and burnt my fingers!!

I have a 2020 Ram Limited with the same problem. The water corroded the module behind the rear seat and they never found where it was leaking. There is a recall on the rear brake light and was wondering if the water is coming from there. All they did was change the module and put plastic over the module so it would not get wet.

Hey Jimmy,

I have a 2022 ram big horn with the most basic speedometer and want to upgrade to the 12inch full lcd.

Can you make the wiring harness i would need for this swap ?

2022 1500 Limited 40k miles, wont shift into 4x4, lights on dash work, but wont move off 2wd and truck does not engage in 4x4... Get the error message attached.. Is this a software issue?

I'm confused, The link seems to be the same as if I search online. Let's try a direct e-mail. Looking at buying 2023 cherokee altitude LUX with about 12200 miles. Put in service May 2023. What is the maxcare pricing for 8 year 85K $200 deductable? Is this transferable?

Hi there, I'm hoping you can help, I'm having the same issue with my 2019 Dodge ram sport (5th Gen), the 4 wheel drive is not engaging all the time. I'm having issues with removing the connector to the actuator, the plastic piece. Would you be able to assist me with how to remove this piece so I can try cleaning it out. The top of the piece is red in colour.

hey, K-Mac RAM here. I'm new on the set and i have a question: i have a 2016 RAM 1500 hemi with a 3" leveling kit. whats the biggest tire size i can go, tire size on the truck is 275x60x20 and they look tiny. Need a tire that will fill up the wheel well. Thanks

Hello @RamCares I have a 2020 1500 limited with 22,000 miles and my leather dash has started bubbling up . So I took it to my dealer Sansone RAM in NJ and they said my extended bumper to bumper warranty will not cover the repair which is $2300. They told me to reach out to RAM cares and if they ok it they will do the repair, please help , I can't afford that steep repair cost.

I placed my Tungsten order in March. The latest from the dealership is that RAM is still having issues getting the wheels from the supplier. Apparently, that is the only hold up on all Tungstens. I wasn't able to change one of the options on my order because the vehicle is supposedly already built, waiting for its wheels to arrive. My ETA now is 10/2.

I also placed my Tungsten order in March, MArk Dodge just gave me a ship date of 9.30.

2025 Rebel, flame red with black bottom, rebel level 2 group, black/red leather seats, tow group, bed group, air suspension, 33 gallon tank. Going to add my own running boards and bed cover.

Hi,
My 2020 1500 BTS Ram (70,000 miles) has lost some of the steering wheel controls. the left front and back controls, no way to control the radio or the on screen menu. Also the right volume will not function, cruise control works and the horn works.
The switches were replaced (left and right) and the clock spring, still nothing. is there a testing procedure I can perform?
