Title. I have looked all over for these files, and every link I find is dead. My SXM is missing from the sources menu, and when I call Uconenct support they say I need to bring it into the dealer for an update, I haven't been able to get my OTA updates working, but every few days I see .jar files being extracted in the lower left of the screen but the update never actually starts. I have seen people update via USB at home so I know its possible, if i can find the latest update file. Uconnect® Software Update Center: For Stellantis Vehicles says I have no updates available. Thanks!

Have you tried a full factory reset on your own yet?
I have not been able to find a way to do a full factory reset, all I can find is soft reset instructions, and the hard reset instructions I'm finding don't seem to work on my truck... 2021 with 12 inch uconnect4

Should be able to perform a hard reset via media center menu. Vehicle>settings>system>reset options>factory reset.

Unfortunately I think those are instructions are for uconnect 5. There is no factory reset option in Uconnect 4.

Could be the case. I haven't been around UC 4 in some time now.

Send me a message with your current application version. You find this in the dealer mode, which can be accessed by holding down "(Driver's Side) TEMP UP, TEMP DOWN, and FRONT DEFROST" on your climate controls.

@Dave_Infotainment
I would be very interested in this as well. Mine needs a system update per dealer (2 hours away). Dealer informs me there is a TSB with 1GiG downloaded file that they would do but I'd like to save 4 hours of drive time if possible. I've never received OTA updates that I am aware of nor has my AT&T wifi ever worked. Uconnect won't sell me the stick unless I also update the map SW.
Thanks,
John

The website shows to connect to wifi, but mine only shows the hotspot which i have to sign up for. Am I missing something here? Only way I think I can update uc4 over the air.

If you haven't gone to the dealership, send me a message with your VIN. Out of curiosity, since you're mentioning that the OTA updates and Wifi never worked, did you have the OTA updates not active the whole time you've owned the vehicle? Also, when you use the onboard Navigation, does it track your position? There's a component in the radio that's responsible for communicating with the Uconnect Network, and if it goes bad, that's the first thing you'll notice. When in that condition, the update will fail end you'll have an ERROR 20 on the screen. Thankfully the 8.4" and 12" Nav radios will go into a recovery mode if the update fails and won't update, and go back to how it was before the update. But if that happens, the dealership will want to replace the head unit, while I would advise a repair service through us to avoid spending over $1k on a replacement in order to get fully updated.

I was told by the uconnect people after calling 3 different numbers and being transferred 3 times, that my 2020 Ram is two updates behind and it would take about an hour and half at the dealership and they want to charge me $250+ to do it. What a crock that is. The updates were "over the air" and free as the tech on the phone told me. When I asked why my vehicle didn't update, he has no answer for it. Nice cash grab by Ram. Unreal. Not to mention the damn clunking noise in the front end. I have already replaced the sway bar bushings, but that's still there, and I am sure the manifold bolts will be an issue, but no recall there either. Really not liking this vehicle much right now and really not liking Ram either.

Ah ok. Still sucks that the files are not available to download and you must go to the dealer and have someone plug in a stick and walk away while it updates. It’s not like you’re hands-on working on anything, but yet you get charged for it. BS
