I am running 35X11.5 on stock 20" wheels and 1.25" spacers with no rub but very close. If I went to a 12.5 wide tire or if I went t with a 1.5" spacer I would more than likely rub. I achieved essentially the same 3.5" lift only with a different set up.
Jeff could you please tell me which size width wheel you have. I have the same tires and will have the same lift/ORP. I might do something similar. Thanks ahead of time

So you basically have a negative -12 offset now am I correct. I'm thinking about getting -12 wheels 20x9-12. Plus I have 35x11.5x20 tires, 2" Mopar lift an ORG. Would you say that's about the limit on offset. Thank you for your help

I have 20x9 OEM wheels (+19 offset) with 2” Bora wheel spacers
(-32 offset) with 285 65 20 Nitto ridge grapplers which is slightly bigger than 35x11.5x20 . I get very slight rub in reverse at full wheel lock behind the small factory mudflap . I did cut out the metal bracket behind the flap. I have ORP & Bilstein 5100’s

I cut out the metal bracket as well to prepare I figure extra room won't hurt either way. I'm just trying to decide which wheel to get an offset. I would like to go 20x9-12 or 20x10-18 but I'm not sure if either would work especially 20x10-18. I've seen 20x10 -18 fit but it was with a 3.5 lift mine would only net me around 3 if I'm lucky I guess. Thanks man I appreciate the help

No problem, check customwheeloffsets to see if someone has that similar setup. Mine has little bit of wheel poke

I'm not sure on the offset but I feel as if I push my wheels out anymore they will rub at full lock.

I figure if your stock wheels are +19mm offset plus 1.25 spacers or 31.75mm 31-19 = -12 roughly. If I got it right I'm new to this. Also did you cut the metal out at the mud flap? I'm trying to see how far I can go with the offset. It looks like I can't get the wheels I want unless I go 20x9 +1 offset or 20x10 -18 wheels I want the 20x10 -18 but from what you're saying I don't think it would work. Thanks man I appreciate all the help. This is driving me crazy lol

I didnt have to trim anything. Good luck, hope you get it figured out. I love my setup though and I think you will also.

I was told by custom offset that they would not guarantee the 20 x 10 with -18 would not rub. Have heard some running the setup but others have said light rubbing (not sure what light means .. LOL). I went with the 20 x 9 -12 and no issues. 35 x 12.5 BFG KO2.

Mine just skims the edge of my small factory mudflap on my drivers side at full wheel lock in reverse. I could take the mudflap off but I like them on there. I guess I would call that light 😂

Are you running Mopar 2" lift with org? Also did you cut the metal tab behind the mud flap. Thanks for the comment

You’re welcome, I’m running ORG with Bilstein 5100’s only in the front and the UCA’s from the Mopar 2” lift kit
(they look the same as the factory OEM but they are different). Got them new for $48 each through mopar. Plan on eventually doing the back but it rides great and I’m level. At first I bent the one up for clearance but didn’t like it with the paint cracking so I did cut the metal tabs behind the mudflap and painted the bare metal that was exposed and looks much cleaner. I did also trim a bit off the small factory mudflap with a Dremel and it turned out clean. Molded the wheel well liners a bit with a heat gun

Here’s where I trimmed the mudflap on both sides and you really can’t see it that was cut. That black push in fastener goes through the mud flap and the liner and into that bracket that was cut off. I pushed it back in and it stays in tight without the bracket

Do any of you guys have a vibration on the steering wheel after the spacers? Nothing crazy like death wobble but for me I only get the vibration between 50-70 anything more or less and it’s smooth. 🤷🏻‍♂️
