That's terrible. Did you torque to 130lbs and use any loctite? I didn't add loctite to mine, I called bora and they recommended not to. I plan on checking the torque after I drive 50 miles.

Can you provide more information? I’m assuming from the first pic that your wheel fell off... on another truck based on the side mirror and door handles.

Thx! I’m very happy with the outcome. Additionally, I had slight rubbing before when in entry exit mode and some in off road when in reverse in full lock. I now have complete clearance now for those people that are curious about 305/50R20 tires.

Holy crap. that wasn't my truck. I just realized that photo got uploaded by accident lol. I am a police officer and got sent to a traffic accident in which a tire flew off a Chevy truck and had to take photos. My spacers are completely fine and issue free lol. Photo has been deleted to prevent any further confusion. Sorry everyone lol.

^^^ Ha... good to hear. Truck looks great(y)

Looks good! I wish the Rebel had this width from the factory. It looks so much better with the wider stance.

Do you think Bora 1.5" front and 2" rear will look ok on a 2019 bighorn?

I think it will look fine. However, if you want the wheels even, you should go 1.5" and 1.75" (or 1.75" and 2.00") as the overall axle difference is 1/2". At the same time, however, someone would have to look very close to see the difference if you went 1.5"/2.0". So far I have been very happy with mine. I have re-checked the torque on the lug nuts several times and they have not loosened at all.

1” front and 1.25” rear aligns the outside of the tires with the OEM wheel fender flares on a Rebel. Anything wider you start to go beyond the flares. Not sure about the tire size on a Bighorn, but if it’s similar, you should have simpler results(y)

I have a pair of almost new Bora 1.25" for sale if anyone needs them
