I'll have mine in probably within the next week. I'm talking with my shop about swapping to Bilsteins all around and throwing those on at the same time. I'm looking forward to seeing what yours will look like.

^^^ Thx. Yeah, I don’t think 1/4” will make that much of a difference. I think that you’ll be pleased (y)
Well, you have definitely made my decision easy. 1" front and 1.25" looks perfect!!. thank you for the detailed pics

I installed the Bora spacers today- 1” front/1.25” rear. It took about an hour, which included rotating the tires... and properly inflating them (55 PSI front/45 PSI Rear- Rebel specs). Torque them down to OEM specs- 130 ft.lbs... Bora lugs = 19mm/OEM lugs = 22mm.

I typically buy aftermarket wheels and tires when getting a new truck, but this was the first OEM set-up that I actually liked, except I thought that the tires were a little small in proportion to the truck. As mentioned earlier, I wanted a wider appearance, but still wanted the tire tread inside the fender flares. This easy mod gives them a little beefier look while still being flush (almost) with the fender flares.

Note: As the front wheel base is a 1/2” wider than the rear, going with 1/4” wider spacer in the rear will give you the exact same width as the front, which proved to be accurate when measuring after the install.

Issues: only one... At full lock the tires slightly rubbed the Mopar splash guards. I started to removed them, but then decided to just use a heat gun to remold them a little, which worked.

I have additional pics if someone wants any other angles. Let me know...

Did you have to trim the front studs with the 1'' spacers?? Also, thank you for noting the 1/4 difference too. I just put 305's on my 2020 Laramie and want to square things up to the wheel wells.

^^^ Looks great. I did not have to trim the studs. They protrude past both the 1” and 1.25” spacers, but the OEM Rebel wheels have corresponding indentations so the wheels set flush.

Edit: If you don’t have those intentions in your wheels, then I’d say that you’d have to go to at lease a 1.5” spacer to clear without trimming the studs.

Ok thx for your input. I hope I have the indentations, the rims are very similar to the rebel. I’ll take them off before ordering to make sure. If that’s not the case I think 1.5 and 1.75 will be too much with the 305’s

The shop I go to for installs is closed next week. They were struggling to find Bilsteins front and back. I ended up ordering them myself Thursday. I'm also getting the UCAs replaced just to be safe, but now I have to wait until the following week to get everything in. So once I get that scheduled I'm having them throw on the spacers at the same time. I'll post a picture when that eventually happens.

I didn’t take any pics of the back of my wheels, but here’s what they look like. I believe your wheels are similar... but yeah, definitely make sure before ordering.

I never had any balljoint issue w/my Gen 4 when lifted w/o aftermarket UCAs, but I will get them for this truck. Certainly a good decision. Look forward to the pics...

Got impatient waiting for the front 5100s and installed the spacers a little bit ago. The first four are the before pictures, next four are after. Not sure if the quality is good or not. They stick out a tad further than I was expecting, but I don't hate the look. I think 1/1.25" is probably perfect. Next time I take it out of the garage I'll get a profile and if you want some better lighting for the sides.

Funny, I was just looking at the pics in the thread and my truck looks like I have a leveling kit. The front suspension didn’t settle yet after jacking when I took the pics. Looks like my next mod will be a leveling kit :D

I definitely think a level will complete the look. I have the rear 5100s I ordered, just waiting on the fronts. I ordered them from Car-ID and haven't heard anything on when they'll ship. Nothing said they were out of stock. I emailed them and am waiting for a response.

Yeah, just not sure of the set-up yet. Maybe I’ll go your route... Let me know how it turns out.
