What size tire??

I have a 2017 Ram 1500 I’m looking to get some all terrain tires put on. I recently installed a 2.5 inch spacer in the front to level it out. I’m looking at getting some Nitto Ridge Grapplers and I’m torn between 285/65/20 and 285/60/20. I want to go as big as I can without any rub but I don’t know if the 285/65/20 will look too stuffed with my current setup. Stock tires are 275/60/20. If anyone has pics with either of these sizes I’m looking at please show!
