Temp has a lot to do with vinyl sticking also prep whatever you are going to be putting it on to a wash, alcohol cleaning the use a adhesion promoter. You can find them on Amazon. They aren’t cheap but very effective
What is your trick? My first batch bubbled inside after 2 months of being on. They sent me a replacement batch and those bubbled also.
It was clean and I used alcohol to clean the surface before applying it each time. It also doesn't sit in the sun.
The ones for my rear taillights never bubbled (and those are in direct sunlight)

Like you said, I cleaned everything really well with rubbing alcohol and let it dry. On the 5.7L Hemi on the hood I used a tooth pick to help place and press the letters down to help them adhere better. After that I used a Q-Tip to press the letters down. I then waited about a week before I washed the truck.

Good luck with them if you try it again!

Nice man! Quick question, do you think I can get away with this with a non air suspension rebel. And if so what setup do you recommend?
I haven’t seen a 37” level-only-coil-rebel. That said, there’s a ton of room in there once you modify the back of the front wheel well. If you’re willing to modify some of the plastic, should be fine. I’d recommend something similar to what I have. 37x11.5/12.5 with only 1”-1.25” additional backspacing over factory 18”s

I thought I would post for any pictures of little additions that make your Rebel different from all the rest! Mine being all Black with the blackout package, I thought it needed to stay with that theme ! The last picture is a tribute to old Mopars of the past! View attachment 148038

No light bars, lift kit, winch, special exhaust....I know my skill sets:LOL: Bought Ram heads, painted them with correct color touch up paint, glued them on black center caps. Hey, I can say it's customized and there's not another one like it now. :D
