If, indeed, this is a photograph. It wouldn’t surprise me if the image is computer generated. The outer LED DRL are on, it's just the way the picture is. But yes you can turn the outer lights off in the TazerDT.

I have AlfaOBD.. better than Tazer... I hope it's something I can do, I really liked it hahaI would not be surprised by that but also wonder if that is a setting that could be changed in the Tazer?

Yup.. I have both lolNever really looked int the Alfa. Your signature says you have a Tazer...lol
Yes, These are the low beams... same light actually(Daytime Running Lights)...is this not the driving lights that can be turned on for daytime driving through your settings?
Have you (or anyone else) witnessed this behavior in person? Those headlight part numbers are the same for 2019-2021, and the wiring to those headlights is the same on The schematics across those years. I have the BCM configurations of a 21 rebel and a 19 rebel, and when comparing the DRL configuration settings, they are the same. That only leaves that maybe it’s a rendering picture that displays the lights incorrectly.Yes, These are the low beams... same light actually(Daytime Running Lights)...
But when you turn the low beams on(or the DRLs) it turns both modules on, As shown here:

In the picture, Just the center module is on...

I've never seen just the center module on, it's always both of them that are on...
