2016 F150 SuperCrew, 2.7 4x4. Love the 2.7. I had a '14 with the 3.5 and this 2.7 is quicker than it! Averaging 16.7mpg over 50,000 miles including some towing. I have a heavy right foot so that's decent - although Fuelly says its the same mpg my '14 had (only 8300 miles tracked on that truck and no towing). A few years back I had an '06 Ram 2500 Hemi - was a great tow vehicle.

I love the tech and features the F150 has to offer. The panoramic moonroof really opens the truck up - with those 50k miles being done in 20 months I spend a lot of time behind the wheel. BLIS, flat rear floor and the tailgate step are all awesome features as well. I put a bedrug in the '16 which is amazing compared to the spray in liners my previous trucks have had.

I'll be getting a new truck later on this year and with the intermittent freezing door lock issues I've experienced (that Ford hasn't resolved two model years later), the new RAM looks great (hate to buy another F150 with no changes except for the exterior color, interior would be the exact same). Can't wait to see one in person! I test drove the RAM both in '14 and '16 and it was ok. The lack of a flat rear floor, smaller middle seat bottom in the back seat and the crash test ratings kept me out of it. I have family that worked for Chrysler so I always try to give them a look.

Introducing Clifford, my 2011 1500 Lonestar. It's been a great truck, and has given me 105,000 Miles trouble free ( except for those damn exhaust manifold bolts). It will be tough to let the truck go, but the Clifford name will live on. Looking forward to picking up a 2019 Lonestar but in Delmonico Red here in a few months!(see attachment)

My 1996 Dodge Dakota. Has the 5.2l V8 5 speed manual 4wd. Lifted 6” (4” suspension 2” body). My family has quite a few dodge/ram trucks from a 1948 Power Wagon to 2015 Ram 2500 6.4 Hemi and many in between. Let me know and I can attempt to attach some pictures of the others if you guys are interested

(see attachment)Here's my 1st (& most likely only) JEEP - 2016's 75th Laredo G.C. 4X4 Trail Rated ! Love it, but the unforeseen hassles of heavy duty tent setup & breakdown has me 2nd guessing myself BACK to a RAM 1500. Had the 2003 version for 13 years, mentioned in my "New Guy" entry, and now have 1 eye on the end of the year REBEL 4X4 !

Already got rid of my Compass. New record for the shortest time I've owned a vehicle. I've had this Charger SXT before, but let my mom take over the payment when I got my Scat Pack. She missed having an SUV, I missed having a car, so I gave her my Compass in exchange for my Charger back - lower payment and all. Works out perfectly because I'll have it paid off next year so I can trade it in on a Charger SRT.

Sometimes even I don't know what vehicle to expect when I go open the garage in the morning.

Well, I'll probably be in something new in the next few days. I've been shopping for a commuter all weekend. I'm keeping the Ram of course but with gas prices roughly $6 a gallon where I live I'm looking for something cheap on gas as a daily.

I was originally looking at used Darts, Focus, and Cruze's. The Cruze was last on my list with the Dart being the front runner. The only Darts that I like though are Rallye's with the UConnect etc and GT's, both are hard to find. Second was the Focus Titanium but almost all of them around here are Hatchbacks or are not optioned the way I like, I'm also a little weary of the dual clutch transmission in them. I can't believe I'm about to say this considering I hate GM and the Cruze was my last pick but I think today I'm going to pick up a Cruze RS 1.4T with 6 speed manual that I test drove yesterday.

My first car was a 2012 Cruze RS. It was a pretty good little car. The seats were really uncomfortable if you had to sit in them for over 30 minutes though.

I love the colour, is that Lightning Blue?
