What did you do to your Ram today???

Changed my windshield wipers.....for the first time in >4yrs of ownership.

Almost feel like the originals deserve a funeral service. 😞
Sounds like the brake pads outlive the wipers!
Did you go bake with the original size? Recommendations?
I've kind of given up on the high dollar units. I buy cheaper brands and replace sooner, but I end up with a better view.

Been a long while since I've posted, this wasn't "today" per say, but last week:

- I get in the truck, press button and "click" ("Well that's not good...." - My thoughts). After a delay, it starts.
- Immediately my mind goes to another bad battery.
- Get home, pull out the Interstate AGM H7, put in an EverStart AGM H8 (4-year warranty).
- Test the Interstate H7 with a load tester (clearly should have done this prior to buying the new one) and oddly, it's fine.
- Two days later, same thing, "click", delay, start.

Dealer ended up replacing my starter under the extended warranty.

Long story short: Put a new H8 AGM in.

My father has a nice, new Interstate H7 AGM for his agg stuff, oil change pump, etc.

I’ve been chasing the pop and creek noise a lot of people experience in the front end for a while. And I finally swapped out the body mounts. On the initial drive it didn’t make a single sound but time will tell because my sound usually shows itself when it’s below freezing or raining. But anecdotally the truck feels very stable with the new body mounts.

I also replaced my front air dam that got taken out by highway debris a few months ago.

Old body mounts on the left with the new ones on the right.

Year and mileage? Interesting for sure.

It's a common issue. I have it on my 2019 with 80k. I did the sway bar links/bushings and all that fun stuff. Still have the click/clack as I go around corners. It can be a clunk, or a click, or a pop. You typically hear it under your floorboard by your feet or under the seat on the middle door pillar area.

It's only the A and B pillar mounts. You have to loosen the front and C pillar mounts to slightly lift the cab though.

Hmmmmm, So far I've been good on any of that. I'll look at them come spring time and possibly just change them since I went thru and changed almost all of the suspension. I still have the rear control arms to swap out.

Just noticed you have a 19. It's most common on the first year. The mounts were designed incorrectly.

Both the A and B pillar uppers were the older style on my ‘23. So i assume the issue extends to later models as well..or im just that unlucky 🤷‍♂️ I may go back and swap the B pillar uppers out down the road since the newer design just looks far superior.

Once you get the parts this is just such a simple project its a no brainer to try while figuring out where your pop is coming from.

What did you replace it with and how much? Any tips or abnormal nonstandard issues?
I ordered the Blauparts kit. They use Ravenol which has really good reviews. Total was right around $187 for the fluids for both diffs and the T-case. No issues for me really. Their bottles make filling pretty easy, they have a tube that comes from the cap so you can just squeeze the oil in. No funnels or anything. I didn't use a jack or anything, I just slid under the truck and I'm a thick dude so that was nice. Worst part of it all was the smell to me. It stuck in my nose for a few hours afterwards.
