The AJT desing case uses Allen head screws to hold it together. I keep the Allen in my center console

Now I understand. You left out some variables while reminding I need to get a new case. It's all good and makes sense.

Changed my windshield wipers.....for the first time in >4yrs of ownership.

Almost feel like the originals deserve a funeral service.

Sounds like the brake pads outlive the wipers!
Did you go bake with the original size? Recommendations?
I've kind of given up on the high dollar units. I buy cheaper brands and replace sooner, but I end up with a better view.

Been a long while since I've posted, this wasn't "today" per say, but last week:

- I get in the truck, press button and "click" ("Well that's not good...." - My thoughts). After a delay, it starts.
- Immediately my mind goes to another bad battery.
- Get home, pull out the Interstate AGM H7, put in an EverStart AGM H8 (4-year warranty).
- Test the Interstate H7 with a load tester (clearly should have done this prior to buying the new one) and oddly, it's fine.
- Two days later, same thing, "click", delay, start.

Dealer ended up replacing my starter under the extended warranty.

Long story short: Put a new H8 AGM in.

My father has a nice, new Interstate H7 AGM for his agg stuff, oil change pump, etc.
