A couple of weeks ago, I saw an old dodge pickup (maybe 2010-2012) that had a big "TRX" decal along the bedside. Had to chuckle a little.

A couple of weeks ago, I saw an old dodge pickup (maybe 2010-2012) that had a big "TRX" decal along the bedside. Had to chuckle a little.

TRX4 was a trim level available on 3rd and 4th Gen 1500s, so this might have been legit. They had a big TRX4 decal on the bed, with the “TRX” usually in black or white, and the “4” in red.

The image below is just something I found on the web. Those aren’t stock TRX4 wheels or tires. TRX4 was similar to the ORG or Backcountry package today.

Yeah, I actually researched it because I was surprised. But the decal was larger and didn't say TRX4 - it looked similar to, but not exactly like, the new TRX logo.

Huge shoutout to @Accessory.Parts!!! Sent him some questions Wednesday afternoon and he responded real quick. I ordered from him and he had it shipped out same day. Showed up on Friday.

wow so much hate. do whatever you want! i get it if it was hellcat vs SXT, but the GT isnt much of a performance upgrade if you ask me. if someone gives you crap say you had them custom made and they mean "Great Truck" then flip them the bird. you have to look at your truck everyday and make your payments, screw everyone else!

with that said, i like the bedsides without decals, but i have the OH SO TERRIBLY warped ramboxes and the MFT with the off-center split tailgate so who cares what i like.

Ow no, as ex marine with 6 tours, 3 kids and a latina wife…my ego is gone believe me hahha. I asked indeed for opinions and they were exactly what I expected, asking for trouble basically. I would never buy a ‘gt’ because it is not an upgrade in my opinion. Trx would be my dream. I just was looking to at some flare to the back of my ram without the sport decal.

It’s not hate. OP asked for an opinion about it and received responses that’s it. End of the day it’s his truck he’s free to do whatever he likes to it but don’t get upset when someone doesn’t agree with you that’s all.

I didn’t receive it as hate, I asked if it would be horrible even I don’t see it as any upgrade, same price here in , high. If I want to hear what I want to hear, I will start following politics. And complain about them daily

Two wheel drive, EcoDiesel and a 3.21 rear end?

Zero luggage or people except me, 33 gallon tank filled to the brim, 20” wheels, winter tires at 55F ambient temps and 3.92 gearing. This is also on Winter diesel up here in New York State near Buffalo so it’s not even the good stuff!

In between the rains finally got around to installing the light bar. Wired it to a powered gate opener and paired it to the home link buttons. Finally got dark enough to see how it works. First is headlights and fogs, second is just the amber.

Finally got rid of the garbage Bridgestone Duelers that came with it and put on Nitto Recon Grapplers. So far they've been great, super smooth. Will put them to the test on Monday at work!

Does anyone know if Uconnect screens are VIN locked? Have one I got from Infotainment a long time ago that I used on a previous Ram I had so I could have CarPlay.

Wanted to give the display to someone else to use in their vehicle, but wasn’t sure if it’s locked to the VIN on my old truck
