Do you have tires on your rims? 🤣
Lmao I know, they look like rubber bands but they ride smooth and really not much of a bumpier ride........it rides exactly how a dropped truck should, heck I’ve had lift kits that ride rougher, I give dodge kudos for their rear suspension, these tires should be relocating internal organs but the truck smooths it out!

I got my front leveling kit put on and an alignment done (sheet below). Turned out awesome. Just enough "lift" in the front. Ride is as good as stock, very smooth. I am quite happy about that.

I also had my guy weld the rear resonator weep holes, front and back. There are 8 total, I believe. I know, I know... He gave me the "You know, if you plug the weep holes, the resonators can possibly deteriorate from the inside out" speech. LOL.

But, it sounds better.

Picked up the Ram from the shop this morning. Has the Westin steps, 4" BDS and new wheels and tires put on. You know, at 175 miles the stock tires were getting worn out! 🤪

Spent the rest of the day at Discount Tire trying to get the TPMS sensors to learn... I see this is going to be a time suck with them.

Did a little bit of organizing last weekend. Happy with how it all came out for being a fairly inexpensive project.

Finally added 5% tint to my rear window, so now it’s double 5%! So it equals 1/4%. I love how you can’t see out the windshield from the rear of the truck.

Does anyone have any experience with the Stainless works Legend or Redline Catback exhaust? I've looked through hundreds of threads over the course of a few months and almost settled on the borla type s or atak but came across the Stainless Works brand which sounds pretty darn good imo.

Not today but very recently when I took the Ram out for a romp in the desert at dusk...lol.

C'mon, man! Tell us a cool story about that! Like how the lights, at night, enraged a bison. Or you drove the truck vertically off a 100' cliff in a sandstorm and that was the only damage.

:)

Installed a Gator FX Hard Trifold tonneau cover. It took about 1.5 hours to install which included watching a how to video, working alone. I still need to adj front to back about 1/4 - 1/2 inch. I was going to get a BakFlip but the ones I wanted had a 3-4 week wait unless I wanted to pony up another $90 to get expedited shipping . I'm impatient so I took a chance with the Gator brand.

Finished the 5100 adj shocks, readylift arms, and rear 5100 with 1” spacer. Still on stock rubber, 275/65r20 Ridge Grapplers going on stock night wheels in the next couple days. Set bilsteins at clip 5, gained just under 2” up front and 1” in the back with the motofab spacer.

How do you like cover so far? I’m looking at both Gator FX and Gator FX3. I’m not sure the difference between the two anyway lol

The cover was installed this afternoon and then parked in the driveway so I really can't say. The build quality seems pretty good. I asked the sales rep about the difference between the FX and the FX3. It's the panel covering, the FX is aluminum with a black powder coated finish and the FX3 is a type of fiberglass panels.

Haha doh! My bad, I didn’t see the date. Thanks for the update on difference in covers, though!

Installed my MX4.

The whole experience has been annoying. Ordered from tonneaucovered.com on May 4th and just received it on May 28th.

I was expecting an easy install. The install was upsetting. I had to adjust and even make holes. My previous undercover flex on my Silverado was much easier to install and adjust. The Gator cover on my mom's GMC was much better to install also.

At this point, I'm hoping that the durability is really good and that justifies the price.

lol...nothing so cool, unfortunately. Was out at dusk bopping around in the desert and went over a rise that hid a nice drop off. I hit some hard pack at the bottom. Now I am thinking I need to upgrade the suspension some more...lol.

From what I could tell, the Gator and Bakflip are the same cover, so you saved time and money! :D

That alignment looks pretty bad. You might want to contact them. I had the mx4 on my previous Chevy Colorado and although it looked nice, it was not work the close to $1000 I paid for it. I have the mopar trifold on my current ram and like it...no leaks.
