I don't get these trucks honestly. I just can't seem to get the volume out of them that I did on my previous rams. I started with the Carven Cut & Clamp, which sounded good for the price, and would have been much improved with the weep holes plugged. Replaced that with the Corsa Sport that I had really high hopes for based on YouTube videos and cost. And the sound quality was really nice, but the volume was still really low. So then I got the resonator delete and the tone changed slightly, and maybe got some additional volume, but still not that loud. I even ran the truck straight out the resonator when doing the carven to corsa swap and was surprised that it was reasonably quiet.
I'd argue, of the three setups, the Carven was the loudest in cab, but the Corsa has the better sound quality.
I miss my Charger 392. That thing sounded perfect with simply a reso delete.

Here's a video I made comparing them.

The carven sounded nothing like the video on YouTube with the rebel. It’s a nice sound but nothing like the outlaw I had on my 4th Gen.

Was it the full carven for the rebel on YouTube. Not sure if it makes that big of a difference, but mine was just a cut & Clamp.

Don't forget that these trucks have three resonators. One on each tail pipe and one before the factory muffler. To get full volume you would need to remove all three.

Wash and Adam's Graphene Ceramic "coating" spray applied. I noticed it's a different animal compared to some silicone based hydrophobic coatings (like F11) and that gives me optimism that it will have done good durability.

I'm hoping for performance that's midway between a silicone detailer and a true ceramic coating that I just can't justify at this time. Time will tell.

Only snapped a few pictures after I pulled it outside into the sun because it was cold out (don't mind the tow mirrors up... That was just so I could get the coating applied to all surfaces of the mirror... they're back down now).

Definitely didn't intend to hijack this into an exhaust thread, but yeah, in the video I posted of my truck, the last part has zero resonators. Still, IMO, very quiet for a V8, much less a hemi. Good sound, low volume.

Thought it was the cut and clamp vid I watched with the rebel. Unless they changed trucks. I was expecting what was in the video and it’s not at all how it sounds while driving. Sounds good on a cold start, but the outlaw IMO was way better for what I was looking for.

Hey guys - just joined the Ram / Rebel family. Purchased a '20 Rebel last Wednesday. Dropped it off Monday for a couple of personal touches. Sprayed bed with Rhino Liner, and from bumper / skid plate with black liner too. Tint on all windows, including full windshield and eyebrow, and added a set of Rigid SR-Q's to the rear bumper (wired to reverse and separate switch). New black RAM badge for front grille is on order. Looking forward to digging into the forum to see what everyone else has been doing to theirs!
Hey what’s up nice truck ! Did they say anything about your windshield sensors not working right if you tint the windshield.? Just curious Thanx

Installed the 'Chrome' front bumper plugs today. They look pretty decent from not too close. When you get close, you can see they don't shine like real chrome. But for me it is better than the four black holes that were there. Used Krylon Chrome look paint on the black plastic bumper plugs.

Sorry, didn't have time to wash her first, but you get the idea.

Little behind on the updates. Few weeks ago I installed the B2 Fab oval muffler. I love it and wrecked mine MPG for a bit listening to her eat!

Today I got my Mishimoto oil catch can setup. Even lined up the sticker!

I installed my new Bridgestone Blizzak LT winter tires and ART Replica wheels, I wish they had white lettering like the Duratracs.
I applied rustproofing LPS 3 to the callipers and the rotors while the wheels were off. I cut out a piece of cardboard to protect from the overspray. It lasts throughout the entire winter without rusting. I usually reapply in the spring.

I installed airlift airbags to the rear coils, just add air, up to 50 psi before adding a load to the truck, I put the valve stem beside the licence plate. No more headlights pointing to the sky when the truck is loaded. The airbags are rated for up to 2100 lbs. although I would never put that much!

Thanks! they didn't say anything about the sensors not working if I did, and honestly, I didn't even realize it had the sensors on it. I've only had the truck a week, and it hasn't rained yet. Clearly i missed it on the window sticker too. (it's there, i just overlooked it). I guess i'll see if it affects it once we get some rain.
