Got rear ended last week by someone who was probably texting. They had a lot of damage to the front end and radiator, and I’m just in need of a new rear bumper.

I popped the bumper off to check for further damage and everything looks fine. I took the check from the insurance company and just now ordered the Addictive Desert designs stealth fighter rear bumper. Going to install it myself.

Installed the rear wheel well liners.
Pictures attached

Are those RAM or aftermarket?
I've always done some kind of liner on any truck I had .. I'm glad mine comes with it .. there is so much gray space there -- looks awesome!

Just removed my truck rack and put my bike rack last night. This morning used it and had fun biking by Santa Ana bike trail.

What is ur rack set up? More bed pics if possible. My MTB is a bit too long to go over the tail gate with my tonneau cover open so i was thinking of trying an over the bed setup like yours.

I actually worked on a truck yesterday that had that and the front (well I saw the front first and was wondering if he had aftermarket rear). Thing is SICK!!! AND Sturdy!!

They are Mopar OEM liners and ordered from Moparpartsgiant.com. They were the cheapest with shipping to my location.

Did you only get tint on the front? The back windows only have the factory tint?

I've been reading up on tint films and see that there are new "ceramic" tint films that have a reasonably high amount of rejection for IR. A percent of IR rejection that is independent of the visible light rejection. Does the factory tint on the back windows do that (reject significant IR)?

I was assuming not. So, even if you didn't want them darker, if you want to cut heat it seems like you might go with a very light tint all around the back and sides that still does a lot of IR rejection.

But, if you didn't get the back tinted at all, is that because you know something about the IR rejection on the factory tint?

I was just looking at specs for SunTek films and they have a 5% film (i.e. almost clear) that still supposedly blocks over 80% of IR. I assume other brands of film have similar offerings.

To stay VA legal, I'm thinking about just doing 50% all the way around. Your front windows with the 50% look good to me. I like to still be able to see out reasonably well at night.... I'm old and I had Lasik years ago. I don't see in the dark as well as I did when I was a lot younger.

Yes, added tint on the front only (50%). It is Llumar CTX (ceramic). The place nearest me with the best reviews uses it. He recommended the CTX for what I wanted. See https://northamerica.llumar.com/aut...tive-film/ceramic-window-tint/ctx-window-tint.

I left the back stock as I didn't do any analysis on IR rejection. I made a broad assumption since it was tinted it was reducing heat inside already. Wrong?

Was looking for a storage solution for the bed so things wouldn’t slide around. Came across these bins in Home Depot. Bins cost $11 each and the ratcheting bar was about $20.

VLEDS reverse light installed. Pretty straightforward, I just wish I had shorter cables, slight pain in the *** stuffing everything behind the bumper and cable tieing it in place. Can't wait till it's dark to test it out

This weekend I did a full ceramic coat on my truck. I went the GTechniq route. Crystal Serum Light (CSL) followed by two coats of EXOV4. Turned out amazing. Lighting when I took photos was not the best. It’s also hard to make silver “shine,” but if you feel the finish, it’s pretty amazing.

I was a longtime Zaino user, but this has converted me. For those considering it, it’s a very simple product to use. Done my truck is new, my paint restoration was limited. If I had to do a full buff, that would have been pretty time consuming. Looking forward to the first rain to see the hydrophobic results.

I also took a couple shots of my Truxedo LoPro.

those bins look like a perfect fit side by side. I see the bar behind it to keep it from going back, but how did you secure it on the top so that it doesn't fall over the bar or doesn't rattle back there?

They do fit perfect side by side. Really doesn’t move at all. I have the bed utility group so the sit just under that but I guess you could always move the cargo bar up higher towards the middle of the bins. I was thinking of using the top half of a split ringer hanger, I believe it was 1/2”, drill a hole in the bins will a little longer if not and bolt and secure them to the cargo bar that way. Hope that makes sense. But mine do not move at all.
