What did you do to your Ram today???

If a carwash peels off the protective film then it is not protective. They would need to put new film on for me.

For the question about the light tint, I don't know either....
Maybe I should have been more clear. I don’t take my truck through car washes either way. But you are right. It comes with a 10 year no questions warranty. So I’m good

Cool. Mine loves car washes. It is a tough truck. It's paint puts swirls in the car wash brushes! Besides, it likes the pretty smell of the soap.

Well, I got the Borla S-type and installed it today. For the price, I have to say that I'm very disappointed in the fitment. I need to contact Borla about this. Here's what I found for issues from front to back.
1. The front hanger, with the front of the muffler bolted up, does not fit into the rubber isolator. The hanger hook wants to go through the same isolator hole that's connected to the truck. I think I saw someone else mention this as an issue with their's also. I turned the isolator and have the post going thru a wrong hole just so it has something to hold it up. (pic 1)

2. The muffler can is only a hair away from the frame, so the lightest touch and it bangs on the frame. There's no clearance at all. (pic 2 and pic 2_2)

3. The passenger side pipe is also touching the jounce bumper mount. (pic 3 and pic 3_2 )

4. The passenger rear hanger is not staying on the isolator and keeps coming loose, allowing the tip to not remain centered. (pic 4)

My new wheels arrived Woot woot..
20x10 - 18 offset Fuel Warrior

Waiting on some other goodies to arrive in the next few days...
Have these on my 2013. Look great. Have a 2022 Laramie GT on order, maybe put them on it too.

I truly have no idea. We were down at the lake at the beach and came back and clearly someone had backed into it. They dented the fender, step, exhaust, hitch, sensors, put a hole in the tailgate and the rear left bed panel. work took about 5 days but parts took 5 weeks to get collected. My collision deductible was unfortunately very high. I do that when I buy a new vehicle because I'm always more careful with a new car so I set comp & collision @ $2,000. So $2K out of pocket for a hit & run.

It's back at $250 now for deductible.
Ouch, sorry to hear that

She cleans up nice. Did a waxing yesterday and added some trim moisturizer to the sport hood and b-pillars...then it rained:

Installed bed rug full kit liner and rough country bed cover I bought from a forum member. Also took off the front plastic thing and added tow hooks. Will remove the complete active air thing in a later date

It is truly an ugly stock trim piece and I hate looking at it. I believe they made it ugly on purpose. Now I have buy the set. Anyone find the trim for the back doors on an extended cab yet?

I have not. But i agree it’s looks like a work truck. Little stuff like that is why i wish i would’ve just got a Larime.

Where did you get your tow hooks? Is the install just removing those covers and mounting them?

I am taking my truck for the 3m PPF in a few hours...just another hour of work to get through.
