What did you do to your Ram today???

Today I took my first road trip with a 35 foot camper with my eco diesel. We traveled from South Florida to Savannah Georgia. I averaged about 11 mpg which is better then I did in a short trip with my hemi. I also added Avs for the windows and a bug deflector for the hood before we went. Plasti dipped all the logos on the truck looks way better IMO on the badges1547E020-3B6E-40C9-8F3B-1C5E092208DD.jpeg93A642C7-CFE8-423A-B728-B1CCDF32CA8D.jpeg

Next up will be the install on my air bags.

Picked up Shadow after a fender bender. Owned it for 1 week and it's been in the shop for 6. Glad to have it back home, $4300 later.

I'll post more to the build thread soon.

That’s a real bummer. What happened? Glad you have it back!

I would be very interested to get some pictures once you install the radio/climate knobs to see if the silver shows through like it seems to do on their website. If it covers the silver completely then I'll be ordering some for sure.
I'll definitely post some pictures

Looks great. Gonna give that a try - easy enough job? Any tips?
I thought it was super easy. The more coats the easier it is to peal off the spray that got on the truck. I put about 6 to seven coats on each badge waited a half hour between each coat. I used a toothpick to start out around the edges. I did not spray it with a clear coat because I watched a lot of videos and saw that it is very hard to peel off, more flakes off. Huge difference though going to try bumpers next.

I truly have no idea. We were down at the lake at the beach and came back and clearly someone had backed into it. They dented the fender, step, exhaust, hitch, sensors, put a hole in the tailgate and the rear left bed panel. work took about 5 days but parts took 5 weeks to get collected. My collision deductible was unfortunately very high. I do that when I buy a new vehicle because I'm always more careful with a new car so I set comp & collision @ $2,000. So $2K out of pocket for a hit & run.

It's back at $250 now for deductible.

Virtually ice-cold air for the first time since I purchased the truck. 40° out of drivers vent, 38° out of the passenger side. We will see how it feels when it gets super hot out again, but at this point there is zero chance that I will take it in for the TSB.

Added the carbon fiber cover for the center console!
Just ordered the piece for the radio cluster! I love these pieces. For someone like me who only has a bighorn it sure makes the inside look a lot nicer even though it’s just a piece of plastic lol

Did you get the Center console storage box trim piece yet? I hate how the stock one looks.
