Installed a set of 5 inch Mopar polished exhaust tips. I prefer shiny tips, and was happy I got these for a decent price, but of course shipping was ridiculous. First part that was cheaper on line then from my dealer parts dept. Looks cool, but driver side sits just a tad further out than passenger. Anyone experience this offset with these OEM tips, or any tips in general? My OCD is being tested with the slight difference....grrrr....🤦‍♂️

If i have time this afternoon, will tackle the Flowmaster FlowX dfit muffler install...gotta go grocery shopping first!

They look great! Wish my truck had dual exhaust tips. I didn’t even notice that when I bought it until the next day. Oh well.

Always liked the look of duals out the side, but am loving the look of these 5 inch tips out the back and how they filled the hole up. Thanks!

Now I’m wondering if it’s worth doing the dual exhaust out the rear lol. Sucks to have to purchase the painted rear bumper etc.

I have the carven 5” tips and they’re slightly off too lol. I was able to get them matched but the clamp couldn’t sustain it and the one ended up sliding downward. Was less noticeable with the smaller tips. But definitely not worth going back to them lol 5” are here to stay

I religiously park away from everyone at walmart, etc. My parents with their camper and my family with ours spent the weekend at Watkins Glen for the Imsa sports car race. After setting up camp, I parked my truck out of the way next to my dad's. He opened his door, wind caught it, and left me a tiny dent. I was a little sick about it but not as much as my dad was. He told me he would get it fixed, but I can't take his money after all the windows I broke with hockey pucks and the bumpers of his old truck I scraped up while learning how to drive. I'm thinking a decent pdr guys should be able to get it. I'm gonna call around for quotes. I'll have to wash it up and see how noticeable it is. In it's current dirty state, it's not bad. But I know it's there 🤮

That sucks, but what can you do? It's your pop. He's the reason you are here to love your truck.

I never had kids. Probably out of fear I'd have a little bastard like myself. I would never be able to put up with the crap my dad endured. I wouldn't be posting this as I would guess there is no tablet and internet access from the prison I would be in for whipping his butt.

I had a hard time getting my tips adjusted with my Borla ATAK, granted those are also welded to a length of pipe. My only fix was when I added a front resonator, it let me bump the muffler out towards the back a little bit and fixed the problem. In your case, I don't think there's much you can do without going through your whole exhaust. Maybe just ask a muffler shop to take a look...I'm sure it would be reasonably priced.

Has anyone replaced their stock bedrail cap??

I just started looking online but there’s nothing I can find for the 2019 RAM 1500. TIA!

If this is what you are looking to do, this fits the 2019. The website says it will install over the stock caps, but I'm not at all familiar with the product.

Made the plunge on the AC hack. Even having a 2021, and full ceramic tint on ALL windows, the ac was blowing full speed for more than 40 minutes just to get down to 72 degrees.
Initial readings show a 10 degree drop with the valve partially open.
