Nice! Like that flag alot! The seat covers look comfortable, do they breath well?

Just picked up my 1500 today from getting some work done. Here are a list of things done:

-XPEL PPF

Looks great! Which parts did you have ppf'd? Is the seam visible?

Hooked up a ZZ-2 Wireless CarPlay Adapter - ZZAIR-CP. It is working great so far.

Thanks
The seat covers are comfortable so far are not too hot. Being here in fl with ac most of the time I’ll have to give a week or so to really know.

Proof of concept - used Command Strips and a piece of a yoga mat to provide traction for my dog's paws on the window sill.

She's a 15 year old Mini Schnauzer with the beginnings of arthritis in her hips, but she loves sticking her nose out the window and I wanted to make sure she didn't slip and hurt herself.

So far so good, we'll see what happens when it's hot out.
Puppy! And we need those for our dogs lol 😂

Mclaren MSO Carbon Fiber Booster seat for my little car nuts…actually it’s all fake, the carbon , the stickers, everything but he’s only 4 so he don’t know 🤣

Such a cool seat, I’m making It an official mod to my Ram.

Installed my custom Katzkin seat covers, aluminum pedals, and gave the interior a detail! I still need to do the other rear seat though - but at least it shows off the storage box I made! Lol.
I chose all black with orange diamond stitching, orange piping, perforated centers, and black suede bolsters. I have the suede to do the door panels also, and I will add small matching orange accents to the door panels as well to tie it in. If I were to do it again I would have probably just paid someone to do it because it really is a huge pain, but its definitely “do-able” for the average DIY-er. I love how it turned out!
On a side note, I removed my stock black cloth interior (from a sport pack truck) without damaging any of the pieces and I’m going to be posting it for sale. If anyone would like to upgrade from the light gray or tan interior but not pay $1000+ for leather this would be a great alternative! Message me if interested.

Not too difficult to install, I take it?
Getting that OEM hose loose from the fitting was a challenge. Acted like it was being held on with some adhesive.
Had to make a tool to wedge between the hose and the fitting to separate them carefully.
After finally getting it loose, there were tiny bits of hose stuck to the fitting, but they scraped off easy enough.
As for the Muzzy's kit: Excellent, except the hose clamps provided with the kit did not inspire confidence, so I used some options I had lying about.

Since Estes trucking was too lame to honor the delivery date they made me make an appointment for, I went to the terminal to pick up my pallet. Estes has never done me right on any delivery.

What was on the pallet? My 4" BDS lift kit! 😜

I ordered through Jack-It website. First they told me it would be 6 to 8 weeks before it shipped. They were a bit put off and whined a bunch when I let them know that my card was not to be charged until it shipped. Amazingly, it shipped in two weeks. If I had known it was a truck ship through Estes, I would have purchased elsewhere.

View attachment 94491I’ve been testing a bunch of spray waxes and found TW Seal n Shine to be awesome for $10 a bottle. I know it’s not a ceramic coat but I also didn’t need a second mortgage to make it look good to my eyes.
I have trouble wiping it off. It's hard to get off black for me

One panel at a time, wipe immediate, needs to be cool surface, use very little, I spray it on the cloth then apply. I had same issues with other products, this one seemed better to me.
