What did you do to your Ram today???

Yes big change for a little price, and it’s all stainless. For what it’s worth I had it installed at best exhaust shop in town, it was done in under 45 minutes. All he had to do was add 7in of stainless pipe and welded hanger and done. Cost me $100 for install. So $150 total was worth every penny. Let me know if you pull the trigger!

That's why I'm always surprised when people pay so much extra for cut and clamp kits. My Borla ProXS was sub-$200 for purchase and install as well.

Finished up with my badge install and got her all cleaned up and decided to take some pics

I opted for the ATAK bolt on kit because it was designed specifically for my truck, guarantees no drone, full 304 stainless(better than stock), have me the sound I wanted, and is easy on/easy off without welding or need to go to exhaust shop. Plus, I still have my full factory exhaust I can install myself should I ever decide to sell the truck and still have a full bolt on exhaust to sell.

And I used to be one of those who would buy a muffler, or two, and have an exhaust shop weld them in. But I've heard too many crappy sounding Hemi cars/trucks that did that.

Getting ready to install this system from MTI Acoustics next week. They did a great job, a piece of the trim got cracked during shipment and they sent a replacement without any issues. Great customer service. Definitely would recommend.

Spent the last two evenings washing, clay barring and waxing. About half done since it's been sunny and we don't have any shade left since we had the trees removed. Really miss having a large enough garage.

Also installed the B2 Fab 5" exhaust tips.

ETA... Finished wash, clay and wax of the cab... so snapped a couple of mo' better pics in better light:

I took her in for warranty work. Had the dash replaced due to the large bubble on the leather above instrument cluster. Also had them replace the leaky back window and the drive's side bed light (condensation). Got to drive a V6 Challenger for 2 days. Son loved it but getting in and out of that thing was pesky.

Now I am trying to fix a scratch on the hood that a wayward sign in a Lowe's parking lot caused. Dealer quoted basically a whole new re-spray! Going to get a second opinion.
I'd be curious to see how big of a bubble you had. I have them on both sides of my instrument cluster on my limited and they are having a third party repair it instead of replace it (even after complaining to corporate). I know it is going to do the same thing if it is only repaired. Passenger door is having leather issues as well.

You bought a full system. Completely different than the magnaflow and Flowmaster kits I'm referencing.

I don't see the intrigue to buying a cut and clamp Flowmaster kit for $300-400 when you can get the exhaust shop to do the same for less.

Any droning? I am still going back and forth on a muffler swap. I just want a low rumble. Nothing like a Borla Attack that will wake up my entire neighborhood.

I love my Atak on my ‘21 Limited. It is aggressive, but that fits the truck and my personal style.

I live in an HOA community filled with Karen’s, so there’s that added benefit of pissing off some of the neighbors that I couldn’t give 2 ****s about to begin with. Nothing beats seeing them turn their heads and mutter things as I drive by listening to Slayer.

I have the FLowmaster Outlaw replacement muffler on my truck. You wanna talk about drone?!?!? lol Stay away from that one. lol
I can hear the MDS only when it coming to a stop after shutting the MDS off via the steering wheel. Sounds like weak sauce,...***** farts. LOL

This is what I put on mine. No drone, just a good rumble. Sells on Amazon for $95 and the muffler shop charged me $65 to install

This is what I was talking about above^^

I like the bed rug. Was looking at them online... they don’t have one for the ram box/ multifunction tailgate... yet.
Do a little research to verify but I'm pretty positive people here on the forums have used 4th gen bedrugs that were made for the Ramboxes without issue.

Rotated tires and added 1.5” hub centric spacers for a more “serious “ truck image. Also set up a day to have rebel badges applied to bedside & a white vinyl strip added to top of windshield

It was a good 3 inch diameter...hard to ignore. They did replace the entire dash though without any issues. Must be a dealer issue.
