found some wheels i thought i could clean up on marketplace today. ended up grabbing all 4 wheels and tires with 14k on the set, for $400. rinsed em off, degreased, and ceramic coated them. hopefully finding a shop to swap my factory AT’s & TPMS over to these wheels today and getting them on the truck!

i’m pretty pleased with it! i’ll try to sell the tires and sell my chrome wheels to make up for the expense. shop said it would be about 80 bucks to get them swapped and mounted, cant beat that

How do you like the AirlinKit? I was looking at many different airplay kits... haven't pulled the trigger yet. Also have you looked into or gotten the ability to have all content stream to the car screen?

Small budget upgrades today. Borrowed the velcro on the center console idea from a previous post. Nice place to mount my nitecore 1200lm light, airlift controller, and a knife and spring loaded glass breaker just in case (growing up here in ag country I’ve seen far too many people stuck in their cars after driving into a full canal). Mounted a trash bag on the passenger side to keep stuff out of the console and floorboard. Mounted my new black and chrome flag emblems. After a ton of moving to different spots with a magnet I ended up going with my first idea and putting just above the ram logo on either door. Love the emblems and pictures don’t do them justice.

Today I replaced the chrome lug nuts with black ones to match the night edition look.

I also added bull rings to the rear. I noticed that it would not sit flush until I cut a wider hole. I didn't use a router but just a small cutting wheel on my Dremel. It worked well and everything looks and works great.

Where did you buy the black lug nuts?

I wish that nobody had pointed out the chrome lug nuts to me. After noticing them, I couldn't stop thinking about how ugly they look. The lugs that I bought look good but the paint job is pretty poor. I had to be careful with my lug wrench so as not the mar the paint on the lugs. There are probably better options out there.

Due to finding out on this board that the night edition comes with chrome lug nuts , I called my SA and told him that I would not accept (ordered the truck) without black lug nuts....which they put on when the truck arrived!! Regarding marring of the black lug nuts, they make a nylon insert for the socket that will help protect the finish. Just got my truck and am going to look for this nylon socket.

Super excited to be getting the Mopar 2” lift installed tomorrow along with the Hellwig sway bar with end links, XD Monster 3 Black 20” wheels and Michelin Defender LTX tires ( stock size wheel and tire setup ). I’ll hopefully post the pics Wednesday once I pick it up from dealer .

Picked up the truck tonight and what a nice ride. I will wash and clean and take pics to post Wednesday . Certainly cornering feels nice and just getting the studded tires off for the completely silent it seams Michelin Defender tires is amazing. The lift is exactly as I had hoped, nothing crazy just a nicer look overall. Very pleased overall. Looking forward to towing the new travel trailer

I despise chrome, but for whatever reason I actually don’t mind the lug nuts on my black night edition wheels. I was bound and determined to get black lug nuts when I found out they were on the night edition but after seeing them I really don’t mind. Think it gives the truck some nice contrast. Granite crystal night edition. Just my thoughts.
