What did you do to your Ram today???

Thank you! I'm very pleased with the results! This is how the truck is supposed to look!!

The first thing you need is the halogen to LED adapter harness. As far as I know, the only place to get one is from Retro Shop. It was $175.00 https://shop.retroshop.us/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=5G.ADAPT

Black Headlights:
Left - 68316089AG
Right - 68316088AG

Black Tail Lights:
Left - 55112993AD
Right - 55112992AD

I ordered the tail lights from rockauto.com for ~$600 , but they don’t offer the blackout headlights, so I ordered those from Bam Wholesale. They were $1050 for the pair.

Including the harness, tax, shipping, etc., this is around a $2000 upgrade. Not cheap.

The headlight installation is a little tricky, but definitely manageable. The installation guide from Retro Shop is very good. I took my time, I didn't break anything and had no leftover hardware when I was done!!

I so want to do this upgrade! Anyone selling theirs?

MX 4 was installed a while back and local shop did a good job as sealing the tail gate area for leaks. Had the bed sprayed last week and had to re-do the seals at the tail gate area. Went a little further then the local shop did with the seals this time. No leakage at the tail gate with the MX4. After the pictures were taken I re-installed the normal gasket along the bottom of the tailgate to keep the dust
out.

Does anyone know why they have a hole in the bed wall near the anchor? It seems like all of the trucks I have had, have a hole in the bed walls. Usually just cover them up,

Nothing fancy. Have added side steps, tonneau cover and rear "Go Rhino" step into tow-receiver. Maybe the added metal behind the rear bumper will minimize damage. Over the course of time, my Silverado "experienced" 3 new bumpers and 2 tail gates. Why ? The police reports indicated ...distracted drivers.

Are your bumpers stock? First black and white combo I have seen. Looks good.

Finally got my fox acoustic subwoofer enclosure and installed my JL Audio subs and amp. Holy **** sometimes you don't know what you are missing until it get it!!!! Needless to say I am ecstatic with the way this turned project turned out and can now cross upgrade sound system off my list. Just need to find the perfect rims so I can order them and the 33" Nitto Ridge Grapplers.

I think the little holes are for drainage...for different variations of bed covers, etc.

Picked up a chest freezer and a Christmas tree at Home Depot. Roads were slick from freezing rain here in NY but “4WD Auto” worked flawlessly.

I bought my new Ram a couple weeks ago ... so far I’ve put on the x15 cover, new floor mats, installed Hikari LED headlights and fog lights, and replaced all the halogen bulbs on the inside to LED’s. So far I’m into these additions for about $650.

Got most of my information and decisions answered on these forums.
So far I’m loving this truck ... been a Chevy guy for 25yrs!

Have you noticed a big difference over the stock headlights? Did you do high and low beam? Were they simple plug and play swaps?
